I couldn’t vote simply because…. I don’t know how these Ascended stuff and Infusion work yet. I don’t want to assume if I haven’t played them first.

GAMERS play the game then review. RAGE QUITTING just because of speculations is totally meaningless. Lol.

I’m going to try the new thing first then see how it affects the gameplay and what people are ASSUMING here are true.

Then I’m going to vote after that, OKAY?

No, I hate the new ascended items.

This feels like betrayal for many Gw1 vets.

What do you hate about it?
Did you know how it exactly works?
Have you worn one?
Have you killed an enemy or a lot of enemies with it?
Are you waaaaay better with it compared to exotic ones?
Did you grind a lot to be able to get it and be better than anyone who doesn’t have it?
Then how many hours?
Are the Infusion stuff better than sigils and runes?
What are the difference?
Will you feel behind if you haven’t got an Ascended item because you’re a casual player?
Are you useless inside the new dungeon if you didn’t have the Ascended items or Infused them?

I needed answers, please.
I don’t know how these items work yet, so I’m going to wait for the exact day and try it myself before judging that ANet betrayed me.

I’m never going to move to Mars because I haven’t seen or felt any signs that Earth is going to end yet although a lot of people in the internet have been claiming that the end is on Dec. 21, 2012, so they started prepping or killing themselves. Same for GW2 – they’re telling me it died today. xD Then how?

A lot people are leaving and said GW2 died on Nov. 13, without even having actually experienced the whole thing first, just because they are having these assumptions and such.

I’ve also heard from a lot of people saying that the end of the world is on Dec. 21, 2012. Are we going to start looking for another planet now?

What a good show! As for me, I don’t want to conclude and say goodbye in advance just because I read it in the blog or heard people whining about it or whatsoever negative judgment there is. I’m going to wait for the official release date and try to experience it myself first. Then I judge.

Whatever the outcome is, I didn’t lose anything ‘cause I’ve tested the new mechanic hands on and experienced how it will really affect the entire gameplay, rather than just sticking to pure assumptions.

5 guildmates banned for the same thing (botting when they are just only farming in Orr). 4 of them already got their accounts back, while the last one is still waiting for the support’s assistance. Yep, there’s something wrong with the system. 5 people accused for botting, 4 proved ANet made a mistake.

I just read Gaile’s comment in another discussion, telling about this “sweep” system of banning bots. Wow. Just wow. It’s very alarming. Are we still safe to farm in the best farming zones in-game, esp. Orr? :<

Wow. This is scary. The “sweep” system. Prolly the reason why 3 members of our guild inside one party got banned altogether at once because of ‘botting’, and 2 members have been banned today too for the same reason. They were all farming in Orr too.

This is really messy. Anyway, I’m putting this up because we’re feeling bad right now. Our guild leader was included in the accused banning. :/

I’m very much worried now with all this unjustified banning. Some of guildmates (well, just 3 of them, including my guild leader) who got their legendaries almost weeks ago got banned for “botting”. They were just farming in Orr. They do that almost the rest of every day and spend in one party. I, too, farm there with them but I’m in another party. But we always talk about stuff in our VoIP (Raidcall). When the banning happened, the 3 of them inside that party got banned altogether at once. We were surprised!

One of them got her account back already (she has a legendary too). The other one, I have no news yet, while the last one, our Guild Leader, was accused of using a 3rd party program and we all were like “WTF?!”. We’ve known him for so long, and we believe there’s no way he would do it because he’s not botting. It’s funny to think ANet accusing players as bot in this way. He helps our members most of the time! He’s even a commander in WvW. >.<

Then later yesterday, another 2 of our members got banned again. They were both farming in Orr too, working to get their legendaries done. The first one got his account back today, while the other one is still waiting for an update.

The guild members are considering to craft our own legendaries, of course. But realizing that farming in Orr might lead you to getting banned wrongfully is like ‘not worth it’ anymore. We still have no idea how all of this happened. Reports by other players? ANet’s bot detecting system?

I hope ANet devs will read this. Please don’t do this to your legit players. There are lots of bots out there, and yet you ban the real ones, accusing them for botting. We hate bots and cheaters too (oh please, there are lots of them in WvW). But if you’re really sure they did it, I hope you’d provide them concrete evidences before banning them and getting their accounts closed permanently.

It’s really disappointing.

My only comment here is… the event starts at 3AM my time (Asia), and I have work at 7am. But I really want to attend this and I really want to see what this one-time event is. Should I attend or not? Welp… whatever. ANet won’t care.

Was brewing a potion, and it turned me into a hylek! Plus, have you seen those Death Eaters above Lions Arch?

I still can’t help but cry. Sorry, I just did that part in the PS and I’ve logged out now and had to deal with this. I’m a bit shocked or something. It’s too heartbreaking, ‘cause he’s just my favorite partner and I love everything about Tybalt. I didn’t expect it to happen in the story. If only I could change how to story went (or drag him out from there). :/
