there is a setting in the graphics options. Forget what its called but has to do with the camera. Set that to its lowest setting hit ok and restart Guild Wars 2. That should take care of it.

i use a microsoft wireless mobile mouse 4000. it works for me

Im using iMac 2009 Late
in Mac client, about PvE and PvP are satisfied so so.
but WvW… playing almost impossible.
I looked at forum and noticed that using bootcamp, performance will improve.
Then, I want you to tell your opinion.
Should I use bootcamp to also play WvW?
If those who are using bootcamp in the same environment, please give me an opinion by all means.

Yeah you should be able to. I find mac’s run windows better than pc’s do but I am completely building my first system on thursday so, take it for what you will. whats the proccessor? Ive been out of the mac loop for a while, well since 2008

i dont have a MBP but I do have an iMac and the fans roughly hit about the same speed. 100C is not bad but sadly beyond SMC there isn’t much you can do. Laptop Cooling pad might help

Thanks Simon De Borovsk.7460. Just the info I was looking for. I should be able to OC the gpu and The HD Stack inside the case is removable so I should be able to do it safely. Though I will bench mark the heavy cities near starter areas and see what happens.

Like i said in my caveat. Parts are already ordered. Though with the overclocking and the fans i have, would 4.5 GHz be doable with the stock cooler? I do plan to upgrade to bulldozer when I get a chance.

I think you should be fine. Just as long as the website does not interact with the game client in anyway you should be good to go.

As long as the site doesnt automate the process you should be fine. Though what the devs might have a different opinion. Can you be more specific what the website does on the backend

All that after reset of the SMC? Have you gone to the Recovery Partition and run a disk verify and cleanup as well as perms repair?

I would return it. The clock speed means nothing on the FX. Even at 4.4Ghz OC, it is a small gain. 16GB ram will do nothing for gaming. SSD will help with loading and maintaining fps.
If your video card is not up there, you wont see the performance.

well I just bought an AMD FX-4100 Zambizie (yes i know that is spelled wrong) rated at 3.6 GHz will most like not have too much issues with 16 GB ram and SSD though we will see

First did he get the thanks for purchase email? if he did, use the ticket system on the support site to request a password reset. They should be able to nail it that way. Had the same thing happen to me.

It could be that your Mobo is about to die (worst case), along with the video card. if you still have applecare take it in and show them. if it happens its covered. Best case, reinstall the os.
