You get plenty of Black Lion Keys by completing zones or doing the personal story. If there would be even more ways to get them the chest rewards wouldn’t be special anymore. I like it this way, it makes leveling alts more fun aswell.

In GW1 they eventually made a special outpost where people could meet up for missions: http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Embark_Beach , so that might happen.
But honestly I would rather see a simple dungeon finder that is accessible from anywhere.

Ah okay, I wondered why such a small thing would annoy you that much. ^^ But you are right, these things need to be fixed. Especially if having 7/6 removes the bonus. I wish I had the money to test that.

What are you talking about? This is not a bug, it is just designed this way. Your weapons and headgear change while underwater, nothing weird about that.

Same problem here. The Trick or Treat bags achievement was the only one I completed before ACT 2.

Same here, getting the error ~ every 15 minutes.

I have the same problem, I get 45 badges instead of 60 and 30 badges on a different path.
