I have 3 $25.00 gem cards bought from best buy after the payment maintenance to the TP on 4/9 i was able to click redeem and enter the codes. I kept getting invalid please check the code or enter the correct one, all 3 were entered 8-10 times now and still no gems and still getting what i said prior. this needs fixed i want my 6,000 gems or my $75.00 back.

After the patch on the 16th
-All our guild builds that were building show done and shouldnt be can’t activate them, one build building in the extra asruan spot is now que’d and can’t start the extra build spot that shows available now. We use alot of influence and merits daily to keep all buffs and +5% gold and reduced waypoint costs always going.
-Client crashes for some when going offline to fix guild chat and getting the you are not in a guild message.
-Main human ranger randomly says and shouts stuff my other toons say in combat or at merchant in their voices, even says Attack randomly in LA for my pet or some other combat saying that another race use’s and says.
And the list can and does go on so much is broken now its beyond belief FIX ALL THIS ASAP
Logged in this morning to do our builds all the ones that froze or stopped after patch i was able to cancel. que’d 2 builds finished them and activated so did the rest of our builds, when the last 2 were que’d we had asuran outsourcing built so que’d our last 2 builds then did reduced wp costs for the 3rd clicked activate outsourcing it didnt start building but outsourcing was gone as well as the 2nd build in que that was build won’t show now. Because of this it thinks there are 3 builds going and NOW we only have 1 build spot. it put back merits for the reduced wp build but not the outsourcing build. this wasted alot of our hard earned influence. EVERYTHING listed above is still bugged and not working is anything at all even being done, I would like all the influence we are having to waste because of the problems caused with this patch refunded completely to all guilds and our builds properly working as well as everything else. Spent over 60,000 influence building our buffs in the one slot when there should be 3 when outsourcing is activated and spent my own gold replacing some of our influence since it took so much for our regular builds.

- First Person problems: aegis, longbows, items which show over characters head

Today I checked to see if the guild build had been fixed and by all appearances it had not. Then I though why not change the order of the builds in the queue and see what that does and sure enough as soon as I hit the green check button the build started correctly running. Only thing that did not happen was the second build session did not activate. I hope this helps some of you.

The player base is getting beyond impatient especially when its involving guild builds and buffs that alot of our influence AND Merits were used on and now not working let alone all the other 100s of bugs and glitches the 16th patch caused.

Guild rosters are still not fixed after the patch to fix the offline 136 years which actually fixed itself within an hour after the person logged. people online that show location unknown can’t see / use guild chat and some are getting not in a guild. they can’t send or get pm’s they can mail. everyone offline even ones that have just logged off are still not showing last location logged just is blank again. Several have reported this in game daily and also used the screen shot option with it with roster open. this needs fixed and fixed right ASAP as this is causing way to many problems with guilds and theur members.
Shows last online now but still not totally fixed. People that are online some still say unknown like i posted before. When this happens (like I posted before) they can not see or use guild chat. All of this needs fixed not just some of it.
your bug fix you did to not show people offline for 136 years (which was only a few) really messed up everyone’s guild rosters. Now they all say unknown after they log off instead of when last on which yet again makes it impossible to tell who’s been on and who hasn’t and has people in different time zones that aren’t on when the leaders are asking why they haven’t been on as it says unknown. Also people that are online are showing unknown when this happens to them the can’t use or see guild chat or private message. This needs reversed or fixed ASAP it is causing more problems than you can think of. Everyone knew the 136 years was nothing and thought it was funny would rather have that then this mess your bug fix for it created. Screens of this are attached please get this fixed ASAP several have in game bug reported it and used the screen shot option there and nothing is being done.
We have a 500 member guild and I have a question / suggestion on maybe changing the guild rosters a little. If someone hadn’t logged on in quite a while it used to show location unknown I guess one of the patches changed that to show the last location which makes it impossible to tell when they were last logged on playing or active. With a lot of guilds this size it’s very hard to tell who to drop to open up space to recruit active players to fill the spots. Could the rosters possibly be changed to show last date someone logged like it did in GW1. I know as a GL I don’t want to mistakenly drop an active player and have spoken to several other GL’s on our server who have this same problem.
