How do you guys use underwater skills anyway? I have not participated in pvp at all but in pve I have observed that the first weapon skill of each attunement has crappy damage if you spam it so simply spamming damage skills is not viable. However, I also observed that each attunement also has a crowd control ability. Notably air’s float effect on skill 4 and earth’s sink effect on skill 3 (I think those skills are correct). I also forgot to mention air attunement’s awesome lightning cage that makes your target stay still to use skill 3 which does nice damage. Fire also has a cripple. So I have decided to switch between attunements and control the living kitten out of enemies. Earth also has bleeding which synergises with condition damage.

I play several times a week and every time I log on my mail box contains 3-5 letters from players selling gold. I report every one of these for gold selling so that’s covered, but I am concerned about the security of my account. I have received one verification email and had to change my account name to another email that I don’t use that often and since then my account has not had any threats to its security as far as I can see. I have not received a verification email since then. Could the gold sellers have found a way to target me because of this? Is it a common thing for players to receive in-game spam mail or has anyone else had the same problem?

Level 80 endgame is finding out if you can actually pick up a mug in game. Because, I’ve yet to find it, and they said it would be there!

omg lol I remember that. That reminds me, we haven’t seen how to interact with objects in that way even though it was advertised a while ago.

‘Kite’ means to run away from an enemy so that you are out of melee range or are outside of spell casting range.

I learn’t this while playing wizard in diablo 3, do not go all out on damage attributes (intelligence in d3) and skills. I think Gizzox has the right idea. Focus on damage reducing skills for utility. Your weapon skills provide enough damage.

I’m level 17 so I don’t have that much experience. I’m still undecided which places to invest my traits in but atm it seems I will just go with fire attunement. What I have learned is to just stay back and let everyone else take damage for me. If I’m being attacked I will switch to air attunement and use a speed boost to run away. The staff has a couple of useful combos mostly between fire+earth and water+earth. Make sure you use dodge when your opponent is preparing a powerful attack (it is usually obvious, they have a special animation). You can also use dodge to get out of aoe fields (they are red lines in a circle).
