Guys after the patch I’ve noticed that when I play P/D in PvE areas, like the event at the Southern place of Cursed Shore where the dead bodies spawn worms, the Sneak Attack does a lot of interrupts. It happens occationally to other mobs too.Does sneak attack interrupts???. Did it was like this before?Has anyone else noticed that? It may occure at WvW but I don’t think so. But for PvE it does happen.I didn’t have Perplexity runes ,I just saw the mesage “interrupt” during the fights with the mobs. The sigils were Fire and Accurancy (maybe fire has to do with that). Check it .It may be a stealth buff.

Does P/D work as a power/ precision build? Sneak Attack (AA when stealthed) is a pretty beefy chunk of direct damage, as well as the bleeds.

Well I believe it’s fine. I play a spec like this for a while know and it’s very nice ,has a lot of fun and it can do everything .It has not the best damage as other builds, but I don’t like quick battles .It hit for about 2.5 – 4k crit damage, not bad.The condition are there just to scare people.Finaly i’am able to use all five skills because of the high inititive regen and if you make a mistake it’s forgivable.

hello guys it’s nice to see a wvw spec for thiefs as i usually see solo play specs. I ‘ve been playing this spec for several time(from early 2013) with my guild and it’s ok. It provides me with the ability to enter into the zerg with daggerstorm then shadow step ,steal to go to the back lines and shadowstep back and heal to recover .Then kite with the shortbow. The important is runes of Lyssa . Feel free to change food ,stacks(change bloodlust to perception) or signet of agility with roll for initiative. Also the trait power of inertia can be swaped with fleet Shadow. I’m open to constractive critisism.

I believe the OP is hiding a secret (he is playing a thief after all-no offence).The secret is a lot of celestial armor ,weapons and trinkets and boon duration food. Something like this

I believe this is very close to what he is talking about. I haven’t played an evesive spec like that and propably I’ll never play (I’ m a WvW guild player with 1500h of thief playing) so I can’t comment a build like that. The build is decent and looks good for solo roaming .
