I would also like to say as i zerg and i roam/small group i have noticed your guy’s zergs melt pretty easy but I’ve had a couple good fights with you guys. One of the XOXO mesmers i cant come close to 1v1ing as you are too tanky >:( so i have to wait for another to kill you. Also a PAXA warrior that i saw melting two of my fellow servermates before i jumped in to save them, props to you.

I missed out on most of the night tonight unfortunately. I had other things to deal with. I have yet to be impressed by SF. Haven’t run into any very good players. Though SF does seem to have the bodies to put out there. However, I think this weekends population is artificially high. There’s probably tons of people coming out of the woodwork on SF, FC, and ET. It may go on for the remainder of the week. I would like to see how things turn out during the week and a week or two down the road. Oh, can we have GoM back now? SF seems to be just as bad as NSP on the forums. Not all your players act that way, but you’ve certainly got plenty of bad apples. Hope to fight you some more tomorrow SF.

You do realize that comes off as an insult, like if I were to say, I haven’t ran into any HoD that could pop a pimple on ET/FCs rear-end much less ours….yet you question in the same line of text our forum etiquette?

I’m sorry you some how feel insulted. I’m not impressed by large numbers of golems or players. No one has stood out that I have run into as a very good player. That’s been my experience. You’ve got this idea that I’m insulting your server. There’s a difference between being insulting and stating ones observations and experience. You chose to perceive it as an insult, which it is not. Thus, your point of calling me hypocritical is not valid. You are implying a tone which does not exist in that text, because tone can’t exist in text. I prefer to tell the opposing server my actual experiences and observations. I see average competent players all the time and some that are a little better. Has anyone impressed me? No they have not. That doesn’t mean your server is inadequate. If someone wants to point me in the direction of good fights or point out which guilds or players are fun to face off against I’m more than happy to look into it.
I hope to keep looking for some good fights and run into more SF to fight.
And sorry my fridge is pretty empty right now. You wouldn’t find much in there.

Reading this thread is adorable. SF is exactly like Devona’s Rest when they were in T8; full of hubris and never seen actual competition. I imagine they will follow the same trajectory — move up a tier or two until they run into groups with equal and better coverage and then disappear in a mass of server transfers and fractal runs. Keep up the good fights HoD and NSP, I’m thinking about transferring down here because I’ve heard good things about your roaming groups.

Just want to say welcome SF. Would like to start of with wow the zergs. Crazy WvW population this should be an interesting week. Ive also come to the conclusion you guys travel in packs…. During a 1v1 I had around 10 SF join and chase me for a solid 5 minutes. I have yet to get a single small fight 1v1, 1v2 without getting another 4 or 5 to jump in mid fight. Anyways should be fun week. Toodles.

they’re not a single player guild…they’re centered around the group in wvw and gw2 is a group game and by having good synergies they can beat the snot out of scores of you.. you picked out one guy not specced for dueling… congrats man. I always laugh at people that comment on how good they are in a wvw duel. If you want to know who the better player is go into an empty spvp server with the same class on the same build with the same stats and fight if not then don’t talk smack …everything is centered around the team
First off dude i gave them credit for their roaming skills as a group, they wiped us 3 times today at inner garrison in FC BL. Second off im not specced for dueling either? Im a guardian using a gs with a staff aka a team support offhand. And when the 3 FC die to one guardian, they wont be helping much to the team. So basically you just said that small roaming groups of 2-3 people capping camps are useless in WvW, because they arent running around in their zergball. Its also possible to still duel in WvW, just ask Seven Mirror and everyone he has dueled.

I will say that while VK is good at the roaming and what not, you guys could really stand to work on your solo play, i 1v3ed a VK guard and two other FC guys while you were using legendary defenders as a buffer
Well, if we count all my game time, i’ve been on 4 guilds over the last 6 months (and 3 of’em were in the last 3 weeks)… And I’ll keep hopping around until i finally fit somewhere.

Idk why we had people go to your BL when you were still capping it back while we have ET golem zerging our kitten as well. This i will never understand. We could of atleast went to ET BL, we all know they wouldnt of came back to defend. They were way to busy with the karma train
and as for you, ratty.. you need to learn to count if you think there’s 50 there…. unless there’s that many more again off screen. i counted 25-26 in that shot. try again.

LOL. It was just you and me buddy when I pinned your backside to the wall, the other two were not involved. One was downed thanks to that Thief and the other was reviving them. Which, explains why that Thief could take the moment to take a cheep shot at me from behind and thus saving you.
But meh, such is the nature of WvW.
i think you missed the part where i came behind the gate you just took down at bay and jumped into atleast 3 running in :/
nope in fact we all kinda laughed that you did a jump attack and then ran past us and though the green door while the gate was down
So it was a 3v1 at first then some one came out and then it was a 3v2?
Yeah i ran behind their zerg and jumped on the stragglers and then a thief came running in after during the 3v2 part it was prob more along the lines of 4v2

I love you ET, you dont even build golems from camps, you run supply from other maps then stand under oil from ET keep and almost lose them all from 3 defenders. GG
So since reset I’ve noticed a new FC guild tag that i havn’t seen before. [WPAG] Why Play Anything But Guardians and i just wanted to complement them on their awesome group play. They only run with a max of 5 people but ive watched them easily wipe 10-15 guys
Thanks for the offensive from ET and FC tonight. Mostly WZ and KWBH from what i saw. It was a nice change of pace, keep up the good work you guys are easily the best guilds from your respective servers from what i’ve watched.
Personally I never started corpse dancing/jumping/laughing/whatever until it started popping up as a problem on the forums. It happens to me all the time lol, really nothing to get upset about. As far as JP camping goes, I don’t do it but really why would we let you have free seige? It’s a war. Could you imagine if the French asked Germany for free weapons during World War II? It would be baffling.
And zerging annoys you? Well tough. I don’t care if it’s honorable or not, if it works and it isn’t against GW2 rules I will use it. Believe it or not, zerging is a tactic. Zerging is available to all servers, not just SF. Connecting back to the WWII reference, imagine if the French also asked Germany to stop fighting in mass because it was dishonorable, or it made them seem like “distasteful” people.
I will stress again that this is a war. No matter what tactic we need to use, red = dead. We are enemies, whether you like it or not. If you want a place where people are always polite, I’m sure you’ll love PvE.
But all of this aside, I’m proud to say that the waypoint at ET keep I ordered has been built, woo transportation. Let’s play a game… find the blue or red.
It’s strange to me that letting pubs have free siege when you outnumber us 3:1 is so threatening. Guess we must be terrifying to you guys at SF…

I don’t see why we get so much hate for being so unskilled. We managed to hold off an ET zerg that had a golem from taking hills for over 20 minutes before we got help from another BL. And as the picture shows this was done with about 6 people and the lovely [DH] thief with mad hops destroying our siege and personnel on it.
