I really like theorycrafting so leaked/faked patch notes are fun.
What would be hilarious is if when the real notes come out, they are nothing like the leaked notes.
No one likes people who sit back and laugh when other people have failed or wasted time.
ANet owns the lore they can what they want with it.
I would rather it remove 1 Condition entering DS and 1 Condition leaving DS, that way you can control when you remove your conditions, leaving less to chance and more to player skill. Also this would help people like myself who fast swap in and out of DS to gain fury/retal with it’s 5 sec CD. \o/
This is actually a better idea than my change but I was trying to find a way to encourage people to stay in DS instead of it just being a cooldown spam bar.
Keep in mind it is currently an adept tier trait.
In its current form it just removes 1 condition on entering DS and what I would like to see is feedback on it removing 1 condition on entering DS and 1 condition every 5s after that. Would this be overpowered?
if that is true I am much disappointed.
What the ratio of lifeforce pool to actual health pool?
I wouldn’t use them in tournaments unless you are going to be doing a lot of small fights on points.
This is where they are the most powerful in my opinion. I play one in tournaments and no one can kill me 1v1 and I hold points like it’s cool but against players with aoe my pets do die pretty quickly(read: instantly) and that is a shame.
That is my biggest complaint about minions: if I dodge to avoid aoe or a big attack my pets just take the hit and die. Simplest fix is to make them invuln while I am evading. Another fix would be to reduce indirect damage to pets by 90% so you have to target them if you wanted to kill them quickly.
They don’t pull any more mobs than normal. The issue is they die immediately to any form of aoe. MM is not viable in dungeons or fractals ever.
I am running a power+tough/vit build and I feel completely safe when fighting most classes. I have no much CC if I play it right I can 100% to dead most classes inside of my own CC chain and if I don’t kill them I put them on the defensive which they never recover from. The only thing that gives me trouble is a stance warrior who manages to charge and get a 1bazillion blades while burning stability and quickness. Yes I realize this is a very specific example; I was hoping someone could give me pointers on how to counter what appears to be a hardcounter for my spec.
Easy solution is make pets immune to pve monster AOE but that makes too much sense.
Balancing Epidemic after raising the bleed cap would be easy. Epidemic now transfers a maximum of 25 bleeds. Come on this is easy. Now yes if you have 5 necromancers you could easily spread out 100 bleeds but who runs a group of all necros?
