Yea its been that way for the passed two weeks, there has been far to many coincidences for there them to not be. Just today some of us in WvW get a random party invite from an Ebay invader (why is this allowed again?) asking for a cease fire to so we could gang up on BP. Since it has happened today I can only assume that they have cease fire agreements with BP to gang up on us since we are usually outnumbered.

Wait, are you saying and agreeing that BP and AR are teaming up to attack Ebay?

Or ebay is soliciting AR to attack BP.

Or ebay and BP are joining together to attack AR because you are outnumbered?

Excuse me if I seem confused I can only handle one conspiracy theory at a time.

The fight with GF and BP were actually a lot of fun. We were 3 solo roamers in a party, our synergy and communication was non-existent. But I think we had some great and no so great showing.

GF were really good opponent, they had good number for a gank squad, and they had a team of thief who’s only job was to throw Shadow Refuge on downed and burst me down. So annoying.

And guys, you gotta ask your Ranger what did I do to him! Did I kill his pet? I think the entire fights we had with you, I was receiving arrow in the neck. I had a hard time with his range.

I loved the 3 way fight near the SW camp. We tried to fight BP, but they were a lot more. When we got the jump on them with similar numbers, you guys of GF decided to stop hiding on the camp wall and jump on us. You vulture!

That was great fun, we actually started with 2 thieves and a warrior which is not a good combo, the warrior was not happy getting focused down, and jumped on his thief. After that it was a cascade until we had 5 thieves running around. Seriously must have been so annoying to fight against.

I can’t say what you did to our ranger, but Rosco the wolf is very dear to him and he tends to hold grudges so watch out!

Meh Reset night is fun, was amazing loot bag fest from BP. Wave after wave BURN and WAR just never learned, but that’s ok you guys got us a few times as well. As for AR, lol, you guys are worse than BP in the open field. If fighting BP makes me feel like a god, then fighting AR makes me feel like the creator of the dam universe it’s that easy.

ZOMG you craaaazzzyyy…… that farm fest swung both ways i enjoyed wiping you over and over and over and over at every attempt you tried to get hills but alas it got early for me here in the uk and so i logged…. you guys never really learnt either with your small army of confusion mesmers that was the only REAL threat you threw at us the rest was just plain boring bouncing off my gaurdian. you tell a good TALE but thats all it is a TALE…

You know I was in that video in the second part. I got more then 8 bags so I don’t think you know what you’re talking about. Perhaps you should consider culling before assuming you had 15 against 30 unless you meant 15 Echo plus adds from FTF.

No doubt culling was going on in that fight at bay for both allies and enemies. It was a an epic fight and was hanging by a thread several times, props to BP for putting up such an awesome fight. And to be clear ECHO would not have survived that bay attack if we did not have reinforcements (thank you FTF!).

I think the point has been made and hopefully we have moved on, that:

1)Pestilence was originally referring to his own defense at Hills(?) not a specific GvG. [GF] was feeling a little defensive because it was insinuated (in a separate parallel conversation) that culling was hiding our true numbers.

2)[GF] typically runs groups of less than 15, we had 16 on simultaneously and formed up once for about 2 hours, 2 weeks ago. We usually run about 10.

I feel like there has been so much chest thumping and requirement of “proof” going on in this thread. While it can be amusing to a point I personally have reached that point several pages ago, ready to move on when y’all are.

Let me just say this about [GF] We love a challenge we look for the battles we should loose and we try to figure out how to turn them around. We love our victories but we look for the fights that will defeat us because that is where we learn to play better.

We have stated it many times by various members, if you have a group of players 2v2 5v5 etc. that can bring that challenge we are all for it! I am not in this for ego, I am in this to learn and get better I hope we find more fights that have a lot to teach us.

When you scroll out that far on the minimap, like in that screenshot, you can hide all sorts of things, as evident in my screenshot.

Notice visually you can’t see all 25 even though there are gold swords, and on the minimap, you can’t see any dots at all?

I am confused about the point you are trying to make. Are you just generally trying to educate people about culling and the mini map? Or are you saying a BP Zerg of 25+ did NOT go down to a 10 man, and through the usage of clever mini map perspectives and culling and hidden siege in the tower to help us we have fabricated this story and screenshot to boost our egos and demoralize BP?

Not sure why you feel a need to debunk this if that is what you are getting at, this is not some miracle, we do this type of thing all night long it is literallly the purpose of our guild in wvw. I am certain you could find instances of a well coordinated team destroying zergs from ebay.

I admit sir creator of the universe has an ego on him(this is not news), but in that instance it pretty much happened just like it looks.

If it helps you to know, about 20 minutes later that same group of 25+ took us by surprise and rolled right over the top of us at the entrance to bay.

He was specifically speaking of [GF] and the WAR and BURN we did run into, most of it open field we don’t typically siege, we just steal keeps.

I got to join in on a few of those fights, that was great fun!

Its true were outnumbered but we typically head straight into battle vs double our numbers or more. That is the kind of fighting ECHO lives for, and I have to give it to WAR they made us reconsider our strategy vs heavy guardian groups. So much CC and aegis our melee players were very ineffective.

Out of curiosity how big is echo I notice a lot of ftf/echo so figured it was a small skill group but there seemed to be a lot of you at BP NE supply last night.

There was less than 10 Echo last night at NE supply camp, I came in on the tail end of that but heard I missed some epic battles.

BP is kicking kitten with the score, Period it isn’t an opinion it is a fact. It is an upset no one expected and Ebay is scrambling for an excuse as to how the kitten this could have happened. For my fellow EBay players that are trying to protect us with those excuses think about how lame we will sound if BP takes this match and continues up a tier in time, give credit where it is due. BP thus far has proven to have a much stronger force during our off hours period, will it continue? Lets find out.

If BP fills the queue when no one else is on, what are they supposed to do? They will do what any of us would do, take everything in sight. PvD you can’t blame them for that when there was no one on to defend those doors.

With all that said, I know ebay has thus far taken it easy this week and we have been running more casual than usual, it is our fault for underestimating BP.

In open field and tactics I have always been impressed with how ebay as a sever has been able to do more with less. It’s your turn to not underestimate us. GL out there.

I will take this as a supreme compliment that you believe my team was using gears…. For the record not a single gear was thrown. I won’t touch them.

~I realize why you might think we were using gears, we had 2 sword dagger thieves, when coming out of stealth with a sword hit, you will be dazed, I am sure you were constantly being dazed

just wanted to say I feel the same and prefer the original to this version.
