- Colin: This isn’t really a “change of heart” kind of deal. I haven’t met anyone yet at ArenaNet who is against the concept of capes! It’s just that capes currently don’t work with our animation and armor system. Hopefully someday that can change – cause capes are awesome.

we can have both, you can have your back pieces which I’m sick off. and I can have my cape, there; choice is the name of the game. The more choices we have the better.
The reason I bring this cape topic up again is because they have stated it themselves on several occasions that they to wish to have capes, so much so that I quote “some of us are working on it on our own time” is what I last heard about the capes topic, at least 2 years ago.

you should read about dev studios and publisher track records before getting all up in a bunch, EA was never trust worthy to begin with.
A week ago, I offered my AC group 5g each if they could beat Kholer without stacking. They, all 80’s in exotic/ascended gear who claimed to have run the dungeon a million times, all died on the first big wind-up.

After how much time are restrictions lifted on new accounts ?
I’m trying to send and receive items and coin from and to my other accounts but always hitting a " you cannot do that at this time" wall.
It’s starting to get annoying !
I understand why those measures are in place off course, I would just like to know how long I have to wait, or how old my accounts have to be, or what level my characters need to be for me to properly use them all.
