Honor of the Wolf Legion [HOWL] is a small guild that is focused on dungeons. We are a group of veteran players that enjoy daily instancing together, and we are always looking to improve ourselves and each other pushing one another to be the best we can be. We are currently in the process of getting ready for the xpac, and we would like to find like-minded people to journey to the heart of Maguuma with.

What is [HOWL] looking for?
We are currently looking for fun and mature individuals who enjoy PvE content! People that are tired of PUGging, and want to be in a smaller guild where you actually get to know your guild mates rather than just being a number in a roster. No experience is required, new guild wars players, returning players, and long time players are all welcome! While we don’t require 100% rep, because we are a small guild – we do require you to rep while you’re running with us. We also look for you to rep more than you don’t. After all, that is the point in joining a guild, right?
We generally are online 5-11PM EST weeknights, and though-out the day on weekends, so we would be looking for players with a similar schedule.

But what if I don’t know what I’m doing?
Not to worry my friend! We are more than happy to teach you. Whether you are brand new 80 and need to learn the different paths and how to spec, or maybe you’ve never had an interest in PvE until now – we don’t mind teaching people who want to learn. We pride ourselves on being helpful in anyway we can.

But, there are lots of guilds out there, what can you do for me?
– We are a close friendly group. You’ll make friends that you just can’t get rid of.
– Doing Dungeons as a guild! Nothing like flying though instances and getting tokens and gold for minimal work.
– Guides and Training’s for people who need it, always feel free to ask questions – without feeling silly.
– We also do a little bit of WvW Havoc (On the Jade Quarry Server), World Boss Trains, Silverwastes farming (both events and shovels), so we try to not be lame and do the same thing every day.

What kind of stuff are you into? PvE? WvW? Spvp? RP? All of the above?
If PvE – Do you enjoy just doing Instances (Fast runs, all runs?) open world content? Do you want to do guild missions?

If WvW – you should say which server you’re on, since its really the biggest thing that hinders what server your guild is on. If you’re looking for a wvw guild, are you willing to x-fer servers for a wvw guild, if they do the other stuff and you just love them so much?

It helps to say which class you play as your “main”. (I personally play a different class for pve, wvw and spvp…lol).
Do you want a big guild where you have the potential to meet lots of people, but maybe not get to play with everyone? Or a smaller guild where its more intimate? Does that not matter as long as the people are cool? Do you want a guild where its more “adult” or family friendly? Casual, Semi-Casual, HARDCOREOMGBBQ?

I would start with answering some of those questions. They are going to point you in the right direction of what kind of guild you want. A good guild will be a lot like a home. You’ll meet fantastic people who you feel really comfortable with and enjoy spending your time with. You should find one that aligns with your needs, not one that you have to mold into. There are more than enough guilds out there to find one that is perfect for you!

Actually doing some digging, its coming up on the two year anniversary in a few weeks apparently I just haven’t done any alt farming since I got back from my hiatus. Thanks though.

Hi Folks!
Last night I did Two paths of a dungeon on my main character. Got full amount of tokens and my boss chests. Today I went on my alt and did both paths on her. I didnt see any of the chests, and I got reduced number of dungeon tokens. (20 rather than 60).

I know it used to be where as long as it was a different character, you would still full amount of tokens – it was only if you went on the same character within the same reset period that you would get docked your tokens. I dont ever remember them removing the chests from alternate characters. I tried goggling, and I could only find a year+ old post… that confirms the way it used to be

When did they change this? I don’t remember reading it anywhere :/ Thanks so much for any info you can give!

It should be any one path. But I’ve already unlocked the track long ago so I cannot confirm.

We are also updating the Ruined City of Arah Dungeon Track to be unlocked by story mode or explorable mode completion.

Can someone confirm for me that the new way to unlock the spvp track is to do just one path of the explorable? or do you need to do all of the paths?

While my guild I don’t think would fit what you need (we are tiny), I certainly recommend going to the JQ forums – since youre looking for one on server for when you want to do wvw. You will need to get verified by a Moderator before you can post, though.

which build is this? I’ve seen so many builds floating around since the patch that numbers are great to back it up – but I dont know what build to try it with.

We were a medium-large size guild, before our numbers just dwindled, due to disinterest in the game/real life. Now we have roughly 10-20 active people. We are looking for a guild who is willing to take as many of us who are willing to go (could be as little as five, as many as 15).

This is what we are looking for:
> a PvX guild – as we enjoy PvE, WvW and SPVP
> Medium sized – we don’t want to be “just a number”. Nor do we want a small guild, or we’d just end up where we are right now!
> All of their missions unlocked
> We prefer TeamSpeak as our way of voice communication. [this is negotiable, just highly prefered]
> Isn’t full of trolls/jerks

Please reply with how you suit our needs, not just your long-winded recruitment post, and you and I can talk more. Please let us know the times and days of the week you do WvW and Guild Missions. and if you have any other requirements we should know about. Please keep your posts to the point.

Never mind, its been fixed.

We went to do guild bounties tonight, and when we went to queue up a T2 bounty, I realized when I clicked on “add” nothing happened. There was only one item in the build queue, so I knew that wasn’t the issue. So I went over to our “current upgrades” and went to activate a random boost we had, and when I clicked on “activate” nothing happened.

Everything was working fine when I queued the guild challenge unlock on Wednesday. Please let me know what I can do to fix this, or what other information I can provide to get this fixed right away!

Last night I did two “wings” (I guess you could call them?) of the level 1 version of the new instance. In my inventory I have 10 fractal relics. The issue is when I go to my monthly achievement page it says 0/7 still for the fractal frequenter. You can see in my attached screen shot the 10 fractal relics in the last column in the middle row.

Is this a bug that many people are having? I sorta browsed the forums and didn’t see anyone else with this issue, I asked in map [chat] and didn’t encounter anyone else with this issue either.

We didn’t complete the instances with a full group (someone DC’d) but I don’t see how that should have been an issue. If someone could point me in the right direction of what I need to do, or if this issue has been fixed it would be greatly appreciated.
