Hey there! I would love to have you guys in my Guild You guys sound amazing!

I’ll do a little introduction about myself:

I’m Michiko (Debbie in rl), I’m a Guild Leader and Founder of the Guild: Divine Knights of Balthazar [DKB]. My boyfriend and I started this Guild in September 2014, with the meaning: You are not a number, you’re a family member! We’ve been in several Guilds and we didn’t really find what we were looking for, so that’s why we started our own Guild We’re PvE/PvP, so that means we’re not Server based, so if you want to do WvW, you’re allowed to represent an other Guild

Furtherall, we got a website, Teamspeak, facebook page and a friendly / active community with organized leaders and officers.

Hello there!

It’s almost a year ago I start noticing, first I thought it was only me, who had the problem. But I noticed that Leaders and Officers who viewed the History of the Guild can’t whisper anymore. Only after a while when the History is fully updated (so no ’ … ’ in the history list anymore)

Is this problem already known by ArenaNet? The only thing what works now, is restarting your game. (If you are in a World Event it’s hard to log off and on again). This also affects while sending mails to people. How is it possible that it affects your whisper / mail?

I hope someone has a solution for this

Hey guys!

My whisper and mail aren’t always working. This mean, if I sent a whisper to someone it sometimes takes 1 – 3 hours to deliver (Or sometimes it won’t sent at all). So, sometimes I want to mail people to whisper me first, because I can then, finally whisper someone back.

But that’s the next problem: Sometimes I want to sent a mail, but I don’t get the pop up to make a mail, I can keep pressing, but the pop-up won’t show up. Even when I click “Compose” it won’t let me.

I have 64 bit version, I repaired my GW2, I’ve sent 5 tickets now to ArenaNet (with no response) but I don’t get it fixed?

I need to whisper / mail people in my Guild sometimes (I’m a Leader), so it’s pretty annoying if it doesn’t work. It is almost for 4 months now.

Today our Guildhall lvl reached lvl 19! Going quick We upgraded the Mining tier 2

Hello there, guys

Since a month or 2, I can’t whisper people, sometimes it takes 3 – 5 hours till the whisper works. Other times it won’t show up at all. I’ve tried to write multiple tickets to ArenaNet, but they didn’t answer and it is still doing it. It’s quite annoying if I want to whisper members inside of my Guild for questions or other things. (It does work when they first whisper me)

I also have problems with mailing people, I needed to click a few times to actually mail people, but since a week it’s also bugging out and sometimes I can’t mail other people anymore when I click on “Mail to”.
I don’t know what causes it, but it’s around 2 months now..

Does someone has the same problem? Or do someone know how to fix this?
