But aside from that i dont think you understand what im trying to say. I get annoyed when people sit in towers and dont even attempt to come out and fight, then come out when they outnumber me 3+. I dont care if i get zerged down in open field. But tower humpers annoy me.
If the AC was behind then take a screenshot of that AC and actually make a point, instead of posting SS’s that are pointless and show nothing.
And to the SBI and NSP saluting each other, maybe they had a good fight and they showed respect to each other, stop making assumptions, your making your new server look worse than it was before.

This pic shows nothing at all, all it shows is an AC circle. That AC could be in the lord room ac spot and hes just panning his camera down to see inside the tunnel, or even opposite you on the corner of the tower. If you going to accuse someone about zoom hacking at least post a picture that actually shows it.
I come from DH, we just xefered to IoJ. We dealed with stupid SBI numbers last week on DH and have to deal with them this week as well.
+600 was indeed ridicilous, but personally i didn’t get much to see from that last week as we just xfered. I just know for 2nd week now it is like in 300 movie all day.
My point is, if it wasn’t clear: you guys are so proud of yourself and tell other servers they should learn to wvw when all honestly only reason why you win is because of absurd numbers. Come down from your high horse, high tier servers will faceroll over you.
And the only reason IoJ win their match ups is because of their night coverage. Stop complaining when you guys come up against a competition.

it took few organized little groups (lol 2-4 manning entire NSP corner, SBI camps and garrison) and we took ppt lead few times despite having outnumbered buff 24/7 while you guys just rely on huge numbers all the time
also, i am really disappointed by the sbi behavior: you guys bring 4 guilds just to wipe little group of 15 ppl and then tbag and spam emote us, you should be ashamed
the whole alliance with NSP is just a pure joke, watching how NSP and SBI zerg sit together at tower and not attack each other waiting for us and how NSP dries us off supplies while SBI trebs tower just makes me wonder, is it really necessary?
I just think you guys are mad because you cant PvDoor off hours against us.
mad? hardly mad, more like tired, no matter where you go all you see is huge sea of red names vs small group of us and you guys talk so much crap too when to be fair 90% of your zergs weren’t even organized it is just sheer numbers that allow you to overrun everything
btw i am one of those offhours people, i zerg bust with the guild in prime hours or ninja camps/towers with 1-3 ppl and i personally just get really tired atm, i can take all i want, i can reinforce all i want, it doesn’t matter since you just keep sending cannon fodder untill wall/door is broken and if it doesn’t work you just rely on zoom hacks (yes, sadly there were quite few of you abusing hacks)
i have to admit it felt good to 3 man your garrison tho :P

I do not care if we lose. But the way sbi are acting is immature and childish. Last time it was sbi vs bp. Bp won fair and square cause you guys focused on sm too much. Now that you have gotten alot of guilds to transfer, your winning and think your high and mighty till you face maguuma and dragonbrand and lose badly. Then your transfers will leave ya. It is about guilds cause you guys were always terrible before this week. I am using common sense make sure you are cause what I said is true and people know it.
SBI wont rise to hit DB and Mag, and if we do, we will most likely lose but at least give a fight. To me, what your trying to point out is that your mad because you cant get easy wins over SBI anymore.

PPT is something to fall back on when your server has bad skill. Cant win in open field fights without siege, fall back to claiming your the better server due to PPT.
Im still yet to see a skillful roaming small man/15-20 man guild/solo roam on IoJ.

And yeah, i can relate to it, i played a shatter mesmer and the condi removal wasn’t all that.
I disagree, not sure what the conditions in the higher tiers are like, but in the lower tiers every roaming/small man group are running a condition tank build, especially the necro’s. I just dont find it fair that a condition can be removed, and then instantly applied back onto you. A necro’s condition burst is probably one of the most over powered thing ever since they introduced Torment, and gave them Burning.
In small man situations, or even in zerg play, the conditions can still do a ton if constantly applied to you, theres no getting away from conditions. As i stated before, once your condi removal is on cool down, then what happens?
At least with the stuns, there is a Stability boon counter to them.
Im sort of half and half on the last statement about the zerg spikes. If there are 2 organised zergs its all about who can stay the tightest, and who can use certain terrain/choke points to their advantage. Also, in organised zergs, hardly anyone runs DPS. The DPS spike (this will relate to what i stated before) comes from how tight the zerg can be. A zerg can run builds that do absolutely no damage, but its a big hit because everyone is attacking one clump at a time.
Whatever you do, take Reapers Protection.
Many thieves open up on you Basilisk. Reapers protection sucks up a lot of the incoming damage.
It is an autowin sometimes, and wasted horribly other times. If you have your heart set on 1v1 2v2 3v3 then reapers prot. can be good. If you plan to do 5v5, I can almost guarantee you a mesmer, or ranger, is going to blow your reapers protection from 1200 range. Once it is down its down for 90 seconds. Also minor 15 in death magic is straight tragic awful.
If you have 100% fear you can do it… but it does feel gimiky
Yeah im planning to run in 5-10 man groups with the necromancer for the AoE condition damage. Currently im running a fear build but im not 100% sure on it
I will always suggest Norn, being able to get out of bad fights with the rest of your group instead of being left behind to die is amazing. As for builds, that all comes down to what you want to play, Cond.Dmg/Hybrid/Power can all work with a group around you.
Thanks for the reply. I’m already a level 80 Sylvari in Carrion gear so i would like a build based around condition damage.
