1st: draw your weapon
2nd: /dance
3rd: switch weapon (also works with switch to townclothes and back)
it even works with ele`s firesword and such weapons… even if you cannot see it, the firey glow/light is still around and moving with the dance-moves you do, and no matter how long you keep dancing, the weapon will not vanish.
found out by my own long ago lol

maybe its a sort of recipe which needs very rare-dropping items like Immobulus?
like in the most MMOs where classes having pets, people think this class has tiny dmg, but they always forget about the pets having alot extra dmg and skills too.
but still there are to less survive-skills, ranger always must roll/dodge while other classes can go invisible etc…
Buuut, Caithe has a crazy ex that might not like this and come murder Trahearne with her army.
Excellent Photoshopping though, nice work.
wouldnt be so bad if she does the job, would make alot players very happy
Main: -Norn Female Ranger
Alts (lvl 80): – Human Female Elementalist
– Sylvari Female Necromancer
Other Alts (dunno if u wanna count them in) :
- Human Male Guardian
- Asura Female Thief
- Human Female Mesmer
tegwen and carrys with their group of sylvari and those who were in an order and merged into the pact, fight against the ED´s because they want to, not because they have a Wyld Hunt to kill a dragon – thats just caithe´s and your charackter`s dream.
to the corruption-topic:
“Golden sap moves through their veins instead of blood and pollen shakes off of them as they move.”http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Sylvari
i think that might explain it abit, but im not pretty sure if thats the mainreason.
well, the krait used the orb just to protect themself for no higher reason, the pact used the orb to beat zaithan more easily. so for the record – the pact had better reasons to own the orb, since the krait would refuse to join the pact anyway
i know alot people dont like trahearne but ….
i ship caithe and trahearne because i just had to, they are the bestlooking sylvari, hehe.
who knows the lore about they are the only 2 people who saw zaithan and came back alive? there might be more what connects them?
ah i so like sylvari-lore….
for the pic itself: it took me 4 days work in total (with several breaks i havent counted in). it was hard to find the npcs ingame for a good screenshot as source and inspiration.
the background consists of brushes and alot layer-effects and some other random-flower-brushes and a fur-brush for the sunbeam (lol)
caithe was supposed to be pushed on a wall but i deleted it (didnt fit the background) so just her shadow suggests it.

this affected me more than the moment Sieran died:
“prepare to join your friends in their suffering.”
“ive heard your name before. the sylvari screamed it, just before she died.”
– wraith thadeus ghostrite
“i see in your heart that you have lost someone to zhaitan. someone named…sieran. she is waiting for you now, beneath the dragon’s wings…”
– Sovereign Eye of Zhaitan
1.largos
2.kodan
3.quaggan
tegwen and carrys were my favorite charackters.
i had them with me since my early story, as carys saved tegwen from the krait, as we found the mirror and made it through orr and back, they helped on clawisland, they joined with their sylvari special-unit to help the pact, they helped again with the mirror for the eye, the pale reavers run with me through half of orr just for tegwens self-sacrifice in the end... carys made it through...
and trahearne doesnt even lost a good word about tegwen as she died... but went to hoelbrak for a ritual for a norn (apatia?) for which i had no sympathy in that short part of a story.
ive have been through all of this with those two in my story and this is why i miss this vegetable more than sieran, but she was unique too.
i wish there would have been a storyquest about saying goodbye to a sylvarifriend.
argh, im so glad that they have not taken away carys in the end …
I would love to be able to have Caithe’s face – however, we would face the same issue of everyone looking alike then as well. I guarantee that the majority of people would switch in an instant, given the chance.
More hairstyles would be fine, even more good-looking faces (Though that’s up ot personal preference), but I wouldn’t want Caithe’s face made available, for obvious reasons. We can already have the same hair and armor and I think that characters like Caithe should keep at least some amount of uniqueness.
uniqueness isnt wrong for sure, but betterlooking than any player-made charackter is meany :O
today ive played the story Armor Guard when tegwen dies and The Steel Tide when Tactician Beirne dies for Deborah and i was a bit disappointed about the music in the background, it sounds more angelic than sad, to quiet and to short interval either.
it also ruins the sad moment as i talked to Deborah after the dramatic cutscene, kneeling infront of Beirnes corpse and she says the common npc-text
- do you need assistance- or somethinglike that, before the next cutscene with her sad voice starts.
i think with “this wont end well” he means, that its predetermined for one side to end up with death…and since he only says it when u face some enemies, its not really encouraging, its just a fact that you wont ask the enemie to let u pass nicely
i dont think they need more hairstyles. as i made my sylvari, i had the problem which hairstyle i want to choose (i had 4 favorites).
what bugs me more is, that there are way to less goodlooking face-styles.
there are only one or 2 so-so faces and almost everybody has that kind of face.
its annoying, that there isnt the face-style of caithe and trahearne either.
id love to use it, because they are really goodlooking sylvari, but nooooo….

“poor thing”
“fury is mine”
“im amazing”
norn ranger
Guild Wars 2: Logan’s Run.
Guild Wars 2: Logan Runs.
how about the runaway-bride… starring: Logan
for me it takes very long to make a good ss, because i have a wooden computer lol.
anyway here are the best of mine:
1-3 : i love dancing
4-6 : couple-screenshots ftw^^
6/10, it’s an interesting name and it really does suit a thief well, but it sort of sounds Southeast Asian and not too lore-friendly as a result.
My two sylvaris are called Rytona and Finval. Rytona is named after a Celtic goddess of fords and Finval a name I spun out of nowhere but made because I wanted the name Finn in the name at least.
rytona 8/10 because of the idea
finval 9/10 sounds angelic and i like it^^
My Sylvari Necromancer is Midinight , comes from midi because its my common nickname and midnight was taken anyway.
and for the sake of the “dark image of necros” ive made her looking cute, not evil
(ignore the fan/worshiping content of the screenshot >.< )
i regret that i didnt roll a sylvari at the beginning.
as i came to clawisland with my norn,
i was like -why is this and that happening right now…o_o –
then ive read about caithe, trahearne and sylvari in wiki, and made my own plant.
i understood why they brought such a mirror in later story of orr, why trahearne havent
joined an order and got the glowing sword, some things about tegwen and caithe, alot more about the sylvaris origin and so on…
its just the most amazing story of all race`s stories ^.^
(spoiler for the storyline first final of human, missed sis)
as i freed deborah and went into her prison cell, i saw some other prisoners
they were all wounded it seams and i was like O_O as i saw that
one girl was completely topless, just having a badage around her breast lol
i dont wanna know what those people did the whole time while they were locked hehehe
ok then it was 10 points, i couldnt really remember the amount, sry^^
and im glad i could help some people
@Brutus Tarsi:
no you dont need to read them in order.
i did it by myself some hours ago and i got my achievement points at book 18, because it was the last one i have read for the first time.
so yeah its random in which order, i guess^^
youll get 5 achievement points and “speedy reader” or something like that it was called.
if you still want to see more, watch WoodenPotatoes video :

enjoy^^
@yandere: yes you can =)
