Bumpedy hump hump, hue hue
Heart of Thorns has not been released yet, aCAssassin. You should be prepared to wait a good while for it to be released, too.
Holy and MissHedgehog,
I will look at your links, etc. and I’ll get back to you if I feel like your guild is something for me!
Thanks,
Ben
Edit: I think I have found the right guild for me. Thanks to all the recruiters showing interest. I will bump this thread, if I decide that the guild I have joined isn’t what I am looking for after all.
Second Edit: Well, that guild didn’t work out. I am looking for a guild again!
I am fine with both whispers and replies to this thread at the moment. Please get back to me, guild recruiters!
(edited by Murdyr.9204)
Thanks, Ani, will look at your thread.
Still looking for possible guilds!

Still looking for a social guild!
Hi Fizzypetal!
It’s good to see that you replied, but sadly I don’t actually fit into your age restriction, which is sad as I think I would probably have been able to help you guys out a lot.
Thanks anyway,
Ben
Edit: No need to read the comments, I am still looking for a guild!
Hi, my name is Ben
I recently decided to ditch WoW and come back to GW2. Because of this, I am now looking for a guild as I am starting to realise I have no clue what is going on, and my now only two still-active friends aren’t gonna be able to help me in the same way a guild would. I am a VERY social person, I always help people out if I can, though I am kind of greedy, so don’t expect me to give you any of my gold! ;D
I like doing PvE. Dungeons are fun, world bosses are “okay”. I am not really sure what my opinion is on speed running anymore, but before I took a break, I kinda had a “If the group does it, cool with me. If not, cool with me” attitude. I guess I’ll just assume that’s still how I am feeling about it.
Sometimes I like doing PvP and WvW aswell, but I am mostly a PvE player, and I have been doing that for the longest time.
I have 5 or 6 level 80 characters (don’t really remember at the time of writing), and I generally knew how to play them all. My guardian was my main, and I assume it will still be now. If you need a specific profession for some super hardcore MLG reason, let me know and I will (probably not) consider joining.
I am a pretty casual player, in my play style. I don’t mind taking it slow, doing things for the heck of it with guildies and friends, etc. This doesn’t mean I am bad. Before I took my break, I was one of the best players in my guild. I like being good at the game, but I don’t try to teach other people what to do, and I generally only give advice if asked (unless the person clearly needs help and is really, really bad).
I have plenty of experience leading guilds, and I am very dilligent when it comes to doing whatever officers are required to do in your guild. I have personally led an ultra social, very succesful guild for more than a year, but decided I had to play something else after that, so I gave leadership to someone else.
I am very good at making friends in guilds, and I am very social.
I am generally a very nice person and I always help people unless I am really busy, myself.
If you are interested in having me in your guild, please do reply to this post. I would like you to avoid whispering me in-game unless you feel that your guild is exactly the guild I need. But really, I will be checking this post once every 20 minutes or so, and I will whisper you in game if I think your guild is what I am looking for, or if I am intrigued.
I play on Piken Square, if this is at all relevant. (I do know how to RP, but I am not interested in doing it in GW2, at the moment. I will not mess with RPers’ business.)

Hi, due to how well you describe it, I’m just going to say that I am looking for the same instead of starting a new post. Also on Piken Square.
We just… “acquired” some more open spots for the guild!
Come join in on the fun!
Bumpedy hump bump! \o/
We just did some guild missions with everyone on Teamspeak. Was great fun, guys! ^-^
(edited by Murdyr.9204)
We’ve got around 4 more spots left!
Hey Ninetales, thanks for dropping a reply! I’ll try to get in touch with you in-game.
We just invited two new people! Welcome!
There are still around 9 more slots left in the guild before we stop recruiting for a while. Get in while you can! \o/
(This might seem kind of hardcore, but we are very casual once you’re inside the guild)
Welcome to our three newest additions to the guild!
We’re still looking for more people to have a good time with, so go ahead and reply to this post or whisper me in-game if you’d like to have a chat about you maybe joining! ^^
Hai Tillinips,
I’m Sarrst and I am the leader of a guild on Piken Square, which is called Perilous People Club. We’re currently recruiting new, casual and social people from all over EU (due to the new megaserver thing).
I feel that you would fit in very nicely, Tillinips, because in Perilous People Club, we don’t care about how good you are at the game. It’s all about having fun with the guildies and doing whatever you happen to feel like doing. This also means that we are not specifically PvE, PvP or WvW. We’re very focused on doing whatever the guildies feel like, and not what the officers want to do.
We do, however have guild missions every week, but due to what I said before, we kinda try to find out what the guild wants to do the most, and then we do that. We then rince and repeat, which I find gets the most fun out of the guild missions as possible. (Guild missions happen at either Saturday or Sunday at 20:00 CET)
Since you asked for different aspects of the game, I would like to point out that we have a commander in the guild, who will take people out to do WvW with him sometimes. With that being said, though, we’re mostly a PvE guild as that is what people happen to feel like most of the time.
I hope you decide to give us a try.
Best regards,
Sarrst
EDIT: I will also be whispering you in-game, in case you do not see this reply for whatever reason.
We just cleared up a bunch of spots for the guild, so if you want in, go ahead and whisper Sarrst or Master Flinter in game, or leave a post on here so we can have a talk!
Bumpedy hump hump! Hurr!
Bump for new people!
We just invited a bunch of new people! We’re now lying at around 70 members, still looking for a couple more members before we stop recruiting again!
Get in while you have the chance!
Hey Mercurius, when will you be online next? Would like to have a chat with you about my guild!
I find that whispering is more personal than just linking a recruitment post, although I’ll link it to you if you want to take a look. Whispering is definitely prefered on my part, though. :>
Hey Glauber, I have been waiting for you to log on so I can whisper you. Seems like we’ve been unlucky with our log on times. :/
When will you be online next? Would like to have a chat with you.
Hey EneERD, I just wanted to point out that the server ping difference between NA and EU are very low, no matter where you live.
Anyway, good luck with your search! ^-^
Shameless bump! \o/
D’aww, Panzer. <3
We’ve recently invited a couple of new faces who have proven to be very nice additions to the crew.
We’re still recruiting casual and social people who enjoy hanging out with their guildies!
(edited by Murdyr.9204)
Hey Kayzur!
I sent you an in-game mail.
Hello, Yskonyn!
I have been very busy with christmas things, etc. If you are still looking for a trial membership, I’d love to get you one. I will try to contact you in-game.
Bump! Still looking for people!
We’ve gotten some very nice people lately. We’re still actively recruiting social and friendly people!
How interesting. Good luck with that little project of yours!
Hey, NovaPaw! I have some questions I need to ask you in-game. If you could whisper me, it would be lovely.
Sure thing. Whisper me in-game and we can have a chat about you getting a trial membership.
We’re now recruiting again! Whisper Sarrst or Master Flinter in-game or leave a post in this thread if you want a trial membership in the guild!
(edited by Murdyr.9204)
We’re not accepting more recruits at the moment. Check back in a couple of weeks.
No. We rarely do fractals above level 15.
Hey!
My name’s Sarrst and I am the leader of Perilous People Club.
PPC seems like just what you are looking for, except we are on Piken Square! :/
We’re very active in the guild chat and we constantly do whatever we feel like doing together, which is PvE most of the time. We also recently got a TS server up and running, on which we have around 4 people online at most (sensible) times.
People are also very helpful, so if you ask for help in guild chat, someone is bound to help you.
If this sounds interesting to you, I’d recommend checking out my full recruitment post here: https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/guilds/recruitment/Perilous-People-Club-EU-Casual-Social-PvE/first#post3214612
I hope to see you soon,
Sarrst
Welcome to the new people who recently joined the guild!
We’re still looking for more nice and social people.
We are still recruiting people who enjoy having a good time with their guildies!
(edited by Murdyr.9204)
Hey, you posted this on the wrong forum! You should go to the “Guild Recruitment” sub forum!
Hey Zing, I am Sarrst!
I’m the leader of Perilous People Club and I think we have what you’re looking for.
We’re a guild that is very focused on people talking to eachother and doing things inside of the guild, instead of having to ask for random people for your dungeon groups, or whatever you might feel like doing.
We’re quite focused on PvE, but this is purely because that is the type of gameplay that the current guildies like the most. You will find, if you decide to join, that the people in this guild are very social and very open to answering questions and helping you out with stuff, be it personal story, dungeons or even killing some enemies that you are having a hard time defeating!
Speaking of guildies, we have around 70 members in the guild, of which around 10 usually are online at a time. We are not planning to grow a lot at the moment, which allows for a very homey feeling that you might not find in most of the huge 150+ members guilds out there.
All in all, we’re very focused on having a nice and pleasant atmosphere where you can joke around and ask questions without being yelled at or starting annoying discussions that no one enjoys listening to or participating in.
I hope you consider joining us, Zing, as you seem like a nice person and I feel you’d fit right in, in Perilous People Club.
If you do decide to join us or have some questions, you can talk to me ingame on my character “Sarrst” or send me an ingame mail by right clicking my name and then clicking “Send mail” if I am not online.
Hopefully I will see you around,
Sarrst

Bumpedy bump bump!
I am confused about this thread. Why are you looking for solo players to join a guild? Solo players play solo. O_o
Hey, I am Sarrst!
I am the guild leader of Perilous People Club and I invite you to check out our guild.
We’re a guild on Piken Square who are very social and friendly. When we are not chatting in guild chat, we are doing dungeons in a casual way. This means that if we wipe in a dungeon, you are not going to get yelled at or disrespected in any way. We will tell you what to do if you have never done the dungeon before (which is completely fine, we get that a lot) or you simply need someone to remind you of the tactics.
We do not do certain things at certain times (other than guild missions every Sunday at 19:00 UK time), instead we rely on people forming their own groups in guild chat and then doing whatever they happen to feel like doing. This is obviously not only PvE. We just generally have a lot of PvE lovers in the guild, although we are beginning to get some WvW people aswell.
As mentioned above, we’re mainly a social guild. This means that you are always going to have someone to chat with (especially in the evenings). We are quite a crazy bunch and generally do not have very serious conversations. For example, we recently had a chat about what an Asura would taste like.
This does not mean that we are not a mature guild. We generally do not look kindly on stupid insults and drama in general. If you are a drama queen, you will not fit in here.
We’re a very home-like guild and generally have the recruits feeling comfortable with the guild members very quickly, as most of the members in PPC are very outgoing and social.
We’re currently at around 70 members in PPC and we are hoping to reach just about 80, where we will then stop actively recruiting again, till we feel that it is needed once more.
Having the “quality before quantity” mindset, we try to sort out the “bad apples” who do not interact and contribute to the guild as much as we would have hoped for. This mainly counts for the guild chat. We are not too fussed about your activity – as long as you log atleast once a week or so, we’re cool with that. This does not mean that we do not have super active members, though. We have loads of members who log on for several hours a day and play with the guildies.
Notice that age does not matter to us. As long as you behave like a normal and responsible person, your age will be no problem.
If Perilous People Club sounds like something you would like to join, please post a reply on this thread saying so, and whisper me in-game on “Murdyr.9204”, or my officer “Flinter.5964” if I am not online . We can then have a chat about you possibly becoming a perilous person!
(edited by Murdyr.9204)
Hey, still looking for someone to play with! o/
Hey Noumiel!
I think we have what you are looking for in Perilous People Club!
We currently have a lot of social and friendly people in the guild (About 60 members in total and not planning on growing), who help make PPC feel very homey and comfortable. This means that making close friends is not a problem at all.
Regarding PvE, we are very casual, yet we do a lot of dungeons and such. There is never any requirement to show up for anything and you will not be yelled at for doing something wrong. We will of course tell you what to do, if you want the help, but we are in no way “hardcore” or “elitist”.
We also do bounties once a week (Saturday at 19:00 UK time). You of course do not have to show up if you do not want to, but I find that a lot of people think it is loads of fun.
The guild resides on Piken Square. If you would like to have a chat with me about joining, just send me a message in-game or here on the forum!
Kind regards,
Sarrst.
Yeah, you’d have to be playing on an EU server! D:
Hey Thomas!
I am the guild leader of Perilous People Club (PPC) and I think we have what you are looking for. We’re a (very) social guild on Piken Square that mostly does PvE (although we do the occasional WvW / sPvP when people are up for it). We have our own TS server and almost always do guild runs of whatever dungeon people are up for.
The guild is very casual, and we do not require you to be online everyday or for a set amount of hours, although if you do not log on for months, or never contribute to the guild in any way, you will probably get booted at some point.
The members of PPC are very friendly and helpful. If you ever need help with anything, you will most likely find someone to help you in the guild.
Considering that you are still leveling your characters, I think you will not be alone whilst leveling unless you want to. We have loads of people that are leveling characters at the moment.
Hope to see you ingame,
Sarrst
Edit: If you are interested in the guild, you can contact me in-game (on my character “Sarrst”) or on the forum!
Bumpedy bump bump!
