Skill Point Challenge NPC: Burrisson the Blue

The Skill Point Challenge NPC is AWOL and no where to be found. According to /map chat, this NPC has been missing for several days now and many folks are unable to get 100% completion on this zone.

UPDATE: I’ve seen Burrisson the Blue’s vicinity chat, even though he is not visible:
Burrisson the Blue: Splish splash. Four norn in a bath. (hum)

Yeah… I’m not exactly digging that “empty tuna-cans in a plastic bin” sound. >.<
“Hey, what kinda armor is that?”
“Why, its Starkist Survivalist armor!”

I’ve noticed a pronounced difference in the sound effects for jumping with all armor-types—heavy armor being the most embarrassing (“Clink-clunkity-clank!”).

The heavy armor jumping sound is … embarrassing!

Every time my heavy armor wearing characters jump, it sounds like two soda cans being rattled about in a plastic container—its a rather sad and unimpressive “metallic” sound.

Maintaining this nationwide network of postal delivery birds is very expensive, especially the sturdy and strong-winged birds used to deliver multiple packages of plate armor and weaponry.
