Well, last week you all kicked some butt down in Tier 4. The week before, you tanked in T3. And now, this week, you are tanking again in T3.
You guys are doing worse against the T3 folks than Yak’s did against T3, yet you cleaned up against Yak’s. Logically, that does not compute unless you are tanking on purpose; Or, of course, have the fair-weather players that only log into WvWvW if you are winning or are close to it.
Sucks either way.
TC has better coverage than FA.
I also think the new guild missions might have a little itty bit to do with the points too.
Fair enough. I would just hate to continue to see Mag and Yak’s ping-ponging back and forth bewteen T3 and T4 every week.

I think its only fair.
If my AOE can only affect 5 players at a time, then a portal should only affect 5 as well.
If not, it looks like there need to be an “in-between” tier for them.
Lots of the previosly mentioned bugs still exist…..sadly.
One bug that really bugs me (pun intended) is the auto-fire of the LongBow skill #1. I can stand at a specified range and hit a target with the #1 skill if I actively hit #1, but it will not continue with “auto-fire” afterwards, unless I move closer to the target. How much closer is not exactly clear since we have NO MEANS to discover how far away a target is(hint hint)! If I had to guess, I would say it’s around 1000 units of distance before auto-fire works.
This tells me one of two things.
One, I’m further away than 1200 “units” from the target and my use of the #1 skill should not have hit the target and I should have gotten the “out of range” notification.
Or, two, The “auto-attack” is not set to work at the maximum range and instead works at a closer distance only.
Another really annoying and, “gets me killed at times”, is the use of “Rapid Fire”; You cannot, for whatever reason you may have, stop the animation or change targets and use another skill UNTIL it is completed.
Third BAD bug is the “Lick Wounds”; can’t ever really count on it working. I have not been able to figure out why it works sometimes and sometimes not.
It’ll give good reason for there to be more commanders. (all commanders should be given a chat channel for better communications for those following or attempting to follow that commander)
Like squad chat?
No, because that would require people to know about and acutally use the “join squad” function and it doesn’t allow for two-way communications.
I want another chat tab that allows for the commander to openly communicate with only those that are interested in communicating with them. Sort of a “Team Nnekk” channel, if you will.
I disagree.
I think the new numbers enhances things.
It’ll give good reason to station actually persons at strategic locations for intelligence reports. (allow players to build mini fortifications away from towers/keeps/camps; once they leave the fortification for more than 60 seconds, it goes “poof”)
It’ll give a good reason to actually stage defenses (defnsive sige) and MAN those defenses. (rewards for defending need to be dramatcally increased; you should get credit for defending for more things than repairing a wall/gate and killing an invader. You should get credit for building siege or using siege against attackers at long range)

It’s bad. This morning my server had about 20 people on the map, trying to retake garrison from maybe 15 defending. No commander on the map. For 30 minutes every person that came into WvW had no idea where the fight was and asked the same darn question about where to go, what is going on (probably more didn’t bother to ask and just left because it looked dead, no markers on the map). Got really old after about the 10th time in 10 minutes to repeat to each new person where to go.
In the old system, they’d simply have seen the orange swords denoting the back and forth skirmish that was going on in the field north of the garrison, and naturally gravitated over there.
It was a major hassle and hindrance and detracted from the gamemode and from getting players engaged and fighting each other.
You need more commanders then…
