I have politely declined all GvG challenges for CNB this week. Our server had a lot going on with some other guilds and good friends leaving the server. So we chose to enjoy the week and play around. Last night I chose to laugh when our golem driver died because he did not know golems could waypoint……

A few months ago when I became a commander I didnt know they could port (I personally don’t really like using golems that much). Its just funny how the human experience could play such a major role in a game.

Anywho – CNB is super organized, and we like fighting against them – I have only seen them beaten twice, once by us when we caught them off guard while they were getting ready to cap sunny, and another when we blind sided them when they were casing 10 ebay randoms down. Alot of other times they simply were NOT content with seigeing up and PPT fights, they would frequently come out of their keep / tower and openly challenge us. Either way alot more fun to fight than most other matchups which has us outnumbered 2:1 or had major siege support melting our ranks.

Kudos to you CNB. Lest I forget AI, we don’t get to see as much of you.

I’m not blaming the whole server for the immaturity of some, but I didn’t know who to address this to.

[CNB] is me. I did it because as I was commanding this weekend, I constantly got laughed at by CNB as they were killing me. It’s a little joke, don’t get so worked up over it, geez.

Well I’m sorry you were laughed at by my members, majority of us do not like that kind of behavior and I have talked to my members about it recently. Although the guild thing is a bit much. As majority of my members do not do that to anyone unless they trolled them first. A lot of people laugh and taunt from your server especially when they 6v1 one of us. Every server does it, every guild does, everyone does or has done it. I suppose if you like wasting the 1 silver to make a guild that’s on you, but its really low. I also do apologize on behalf of my guild though I don’t like that kind of kitten.

First of all, holy WoT.

Second of all, this post seems sort of ragey in response to what, mostly, was a compliment. I don’t know if that’s what you intended but that’s how it comes off, a sort of “shut the kitten up you don’t know what you’re talking about” type of tone.

Third of all, if this is your T8 population…Well, it’s less than SF was but it’s more than both FC and ET have. Which means it’s actually pretty impressive as far as lower tiers go.

Fourth, roaming is a huge part of what HoD is used to as well as a huge part of what we do as a server. We get it, for you guys a “roam” group is 15 or whatever, but you’re fighting against a server who sends groups of less than 5 consistently to take camps. You’re talking to a server who has 3-man capped keeps. It’s natural, in light of that, to understand why we feel so outnumbered and, also, why we feel that you have no roam groups. What you consider to be roaming is VASTLY different from what we consider roaming.

Fifth, I don’t want to hear you say jack kitten about being outnumbered. I’ve been on HoD since day one. You know nothing.

As someone said before, T8 back then and now was very different. I have also been on Kaineng since day 1. Very shortly after game launch. So yeah I do know how it feels to be outnumbered. (: Basically for us Kaineng Natives, we do know very well what it feels like to be outnumbered. Match ups use to be way worse then they are now. We were stuck in a match up for months with DR who were tripling our points for months, yet they never were getting bumped up, until they changed the match ups and at that point we began to get our transfer ins. Also sorry if that’s how you took my post, it was not meant that way at all. It was meant to clear up a lot of misconceptions, and misunderstandings. I’m not trying to say we have been through worse, I’m just saying you can’t say we don’t know what it feels like. We had our share just as much as you did.

Let me clear some things up, Bllade.

Our pugs stick to our commander because we are teaching them better group play. Here on lower servers small groups and roamers may be what you do, but in the higher tiers its not like that. A havoc group consists of probably what your zerg consists of. I’m sure you know this though since you’ve said you’ve played many servers. We don’t know when we will be in higher ranks again and gain numbers again (for higher ranks numbers I mean) but basically we want to be ready. We didn’t lack in roaming, we lacked in group coordination. Therefore this is something we are working on in Kaineng. Like not have 10 of us stray off to chase one person around the map. Being outnumbered and lacking coverage is something we are use to, obviously not so much against you guys, but many others its common for us. We have 3 dedicated WvW guilds with over 30 members on this server. Actually not sure if BMS even has 30 members. Everyone else left Kaineng, because they could not get to T1 from T8 liked they originally came to Kaineng wanting to do. Since they all mass left our server, being outnumbered was something we became accustomed to. We have lots of roamers on this server who love a good 1v1, I’m sorry you have not been able to run into them The people who skip out on a 1v1 may be people who are running to their group and have learned to focus on objective not sit there and 1v1 unless its off hours. Or they are not built for an appropriate 1v1. I know on my staff ele, I avoid 1v1 since I’m purely support built. As again, because group comp and coordination is a big thing Kaineng is currently working on. Yes, we know there are many things we have to work on. If you have been on any server that gained numbers massively and then lost them massively not once but three times you would understand the mentality of wanting to improve the server as a whole with the pugs and the FEW loyal guilds. Sure compared to your numbers we zerg, to others of higher populations we are lacking in numbers. We didn’t choose on this match up and we are not gonna rolls less numbers to make it more fair either. Also this Kaineng your fighting is the T8 population minus some other T8 guilds who left too. We were very accustomed to being outnumbered with our ever lasting matchup with DR and FC. Then being stuck in the higher ranks/tier when everyone left at the same time. Right now Kaineng is more united then ever with the want to improve ourselves in all aspects. I’m sorry your not enjoying yourself with us. We know Kaineng tends to zerg when certain commanders come on, people can’t help their selves but to group on that commander. This is something we are trying to work on, to get more smaller groups running as well. Which is why my guild specifically does not tag up as much as we use to. Perhaps we will run into each other again in a match up, and hopefully Kaineng will be better with this (: At least we are not kitten talking all over the place, like most servers who outnumbers others.

Welp your wrong about BS. Also how can you not do the kind of GvG’s we are LF? You can’t pull 10-15? at least. [CNB] is not a large guild either. Well depends on your definition of large. We have 100 something members of NA and Oceanic zones. Idk I guess to me large is 200+. :/ Anyway Anything smaller then 10v10 isn’t really a GvG, and from what I was told, you guys turned us down because you think we are guardian heavy, unless I was misinformed. Although you should know we have a total of 5 people who play their guardians regularly especially for GvG’s and because of our new comp they all would not even be included for a GvG since we would need our others like Mesmers, Eles, Necros, Warriors, especially with the numbers you are LF in a matchup. GvG is about different comps and how to overcome each one. IDK why everyone complains about people having guardians I could understand if it was a 10v10 and we had 5 guardians and 5misc or something…but personally I think that’s a garbage comp. So up to you, I don’t really see the issue with GvGing with us and why you feel the need to decline its all in good fun. Idk maybe you see it more seriously? Yep, I’m sure I’m on the right matchup. Not sure why your all acting kitten. MOST of the groups of BP we ran into either ran when even numbers…and we chased them across the map just to wipe them, or we were wiping you and you brought in massive numbers tripling us just to take care of us. I’m not trying to boast, just saying a lot of people I’ve seen are soft. Don’t get me wrong I don’t mean everyone on your server so take a chill pill (: For example [DR] guild (: You guys are organized and a blast to face. Not sure why your so defensive it was a simple comment. Did I say you lack skill? Knowledge? Nope. My guild and I have been on Kaineng since launch. We were in running in T8 and here running in T2. So we have seen A LOT of formations. You can call our server bad all you want. This server has heard it all before especially with the kittens we had who transferred to this server. They outnumbered many servers and tried to talk big the whole time. Pretty sure Kaineng is immune to any insults. We are now one of the most respectful servers on the forum if you haven’t noticed. If you took my comment as an insult you should really open your eyes, not every server is here to play forum warriors. I like trading helpful advice. In fact at one point we my guild were the target of helpful advice. We took that advice and bettered ourselves. So Sorry if you felt I was insulting you, but it was not my intention what so ever. The fact is you outnumber us and NSP by a lot. Oh well, I know. I’m not QQing about it. I don’t expect you to have half your server sit in LA so its “fair”… Just recognizing the few Ive seen on NSP who gave us a better fight them some of your massive groups on BP. :/

Yeah there was probably 40ish of us. I can agree with that. If only we had 70! LMAO. Also Again, Idk why you are kittening it was a FULLY upgraded hills with lots of siege… Pretty sure I’m not the only one who knows how difficult it can be to get into T3 Hills that is sieged up properly with about 20 people inside. So again spare the QQ. Its not an accomplishment we were bragging about…but it was not easy even with those numbers. Also to remind you during those 3 hours when we had to bail hills a few times was because garrison or our north towers were being hit…and we chose to defend those instead of continuing with hills.

Kaineng I am proud of you, no matter what we keep showing up. Even the last matchup was completely hilarious, but we still went in every night! We lost many many guilds because Kaineng is so last month. We are still in the process of losing some more, but no matter what for the people who stay we will still have fun with each other, and keep trying!!

Well Kain congratz at finally taking your tower yes Brair. Ofc though you had to wait for yaks 50 man zerg to wipe our acs come in behind them and we still managed to wipe half ur zerg while outmanned and only 1 ac left in the tower. So much for us not being able to hold anything in your BL yet we did have it for about 6 hours straight till we lost it. So good job on the ninja cap but back to the game I go time to take your tower again !

Someone sounds sour QQ. Why get involved when we can let you two kill each other off, then go in for the finish. It wasn’t much of a ninja.
