You mean like click-to-move? Sounds kind of dangerous when fighting around rougher terrain. I’m not really against it. As long as it isn’t used to do something like turn 180 degrees on a thief that is trying to backstab you, I don’t really see how it could be used to cheat.
Right now I’m having an issue in WvW where the battle music lasts so short out of combat that if I retreat for health then the music fades. When I enter back into combat another soundtrack plays, so it ruins the mood a bit. Any way I can extend the length which combat music lasts outside of combat so I can keep the combat music rolling up to when I enter combat shortly after leaving it?
Go home and be a family elder dragon!
The repair costs in WvW are lowering my team’s morale. Northern Shiverpeaks usually is outmanned to a point where we lose more money from repair costs than gain from capturing bases.
This game should not be about who is online the most, it should not be decided entirely upon gear, and it is not a job…it is designed for fun.
At present the evenings are not fun when your server are outnumbered. We are talking 2,3 and 4am here not ‘normal’ gaming hours. Guild wars was not designed to make it manditory for you to make 24-7 alliances or you fail ideology. Anet needs to fix the scoring system so that offpeak hours are OFFPEAK, and scoring is much less of an issue with night capping….meaning aussie players will gravitate to servers closer to teir PEAK time, and fight each other or with others who are of a similar hourly system.
Right now WvW is a mess, from scoring to prime time not even meaning anything due to night capping and the points gap created by exploiting low population hours to ghost enemies. It really needs fixing, the scoring system is ONLY gratified by those who are winning as a result of night capping.
That and the game possibly needs to take up a population balancing system beyond the current player cap and the outmanned buff. The player cap makes sure that team population are pretty much even during prime time. However, at night the player cap doesn’t help with that at all. The amount of players from each team within WvW should probably be determined by the lowest populated team. That should help with the nighttime takeovers.
I have this bug too. Sometimes I’ll get interrupted while casting the Battle Standard spell on my warrior. The AoE animation plays out and the full spell cooldown triggers as if the spell has been successfully used, but no banner shows up. It doesn’t revive fallen allies when this happens, so it is a very serious bug when it comes to using this in WvW when it is needed.
