We’re still looking to recruit more players – Any class is welcome!
We’re currently running a static raid night, a training night, guild missions, and a fractal night. We want to fill out a second static group.
I joined Oath a month ago today after seeing this posting – as a semi-casual player I was looking for an opportunity to learn raids with people who wanted to push themselves to succeed while fostering a comfortable environment to learn together.
So far it’s been a blast learning the encounters together and seeing success!
For world explore, it’s easy enough to have swiftness up between shouts and staff.
I run Dragon Hunter with GS/Bow, Pack Runes, Swiftness trap, and Retreat. I feel like I have fairly high levels of swiftness when moving node to node.
Lack if mobility becomes in issue in other game modes where you may want to slot other utilities.
Tribe [TRB] is a gaming community that is returning to Guild Wars 2. Our primary focus is on PvE, we dabble in other areas.
We’re looking for:
- Skilled players that are willing to work with a team in order to clear fractals, raids, and guild missions.

Tribe Gaming has been an active gaming community for over a decade.
We are looking to recruit additional Guild Wars 2 players with a focus on PvE, fractals, and raids.
Our Goals in Guild Wars 2:
- Have a good time.
- Clear all 100 fractal ranks.
- Clear the raiding content.
- Build up our Guild Hall.
- Maintain an active member base capable of achieving the aforementioned goals.
We are looking for the following qualities in our members:
- Players that are willing to work with a team and its members to bring improvement as a whole.
- Less experienced players that are willing to work hard to develop their knowledge and skill.
- Players that are interesting in joining the group on Mumble when participating in in-game activities!
About Our Culture and Community
Having Fun:
We are a group of people that enjoy playing hard and overcoming challenges, and then kicking back, joking around, and enjoying each other’s company. A healthy sense of humor is a must. We reject players who we don’t feel would be a good culture fit with our group more often than we reject based on skill. Our aim is to have members that are both good players and good people.
Mature, Adult Player-base:
Most members in Tribe are working adults, many married, some with families and children. We understand the constraints and needs that your personal life can play on your game time. Yet we also place a strong emphasis on personal responsibility and accountability.Tribe disagrees with the premise that how you act in a game can be different than how you may interact with people in your day-to-day life.
Cross-game Community:
We enjoy playing other games for fun and mixing with other people in Tribe. Many of our members have been with us for several years. Tribe offers the flexibility to enjoy new games while still being a member of a strong and active community.
Lasting Friendships:
Many of us are on a first name basis. We have a yearly gathering to meet, and people have attended each other’s weddings. We are an open and accepting community, and are always looking for more good people to come and be a part.

I didn’t get online last night, sorry!
It’s one of the few things that you can organize a group of folks to do that isn’t WvW – so we continue to do them every week for the fun of getting together.
If you have 8-10 people you can finish most challenges, so I don’t think it compares to Teq in that regard.
Although, I wish we didn’t pull Langmar Estate 3 times per month. :/
If you don’t find any tonight, we’ll be running them Friday 8pm CST on JQ.

Some of the current missions can be completed with a coordinated 5 man group, and some others require more folks.
I haven’t heard of any planned expansions to Guild Missions.

I usually try to avoid posting for folks who are looking for a specific server that’s not JQ, but Tribe [TRB] ran a Havoc squad on SBI and now JQ until this summer when folks took a break. I’m in the process of rebuilding a team.
