Wouldn’t precision/toughness/condi dmg be better for stacking conditions rather than raw damage?
Embrace the pain IS cleansing ire.
I remember chasing a thief in wvw with another 3 guys at my back. Me using rush constantly I was the only one capable of gap closing on her. Eventually she got to her worlds tower and teamed up for a bunch of guys, I decided to retreat noticing that I was left alone, she tried to cease the oppurtunity and chased me back to my zerg. By the time I got there I had 4k hp left and no more tricks down my sleeve and she was right behind me without the others. She thought she could bring me down and finish the job before anyone realizes she was there, she was horribly mistaken as I immobilized her and a group of 6 people pummeled her to death.
Sadly not all thieves are that arrogant and would not make this mistake, so my story had absolutely no point.

I remember Aion having a solo dungeon which I really liked at first but then it just became so boring because of how long and easy it was. I think that if ANet did something similar but in a different way it could be a huge success.
I love dungeons, world bosses and wvw. You think way too much, enjoy what you like in the game and if you can’t – find another hobby.
Sounds like very dedicated trolling to be honest.
Combined with Ire, it’s 3 conditions cleansed every 7 seconds if you can land a hit. That’s pretty decent even compared to 30% more damage from on one move.
Used to be axe/horn pre patch, now axe/shield.
I actually like it. I run a 0/0/20/20/30 longbow + sword/shield condition build for wvw which I sometimes respec to axe/shield by changing my armor and a few traits mostly for pve purposes.
I absolutely love cleansing ire, it synergizes perfectly with burst mastery unlike what some people have been saying around here. You basically get to removev 3 conditions in the price of 2 adrenaline bars every mere few seconds.. bring another stunbreaker with you and you’re set. I also like not feeling like I’m missing something everytime I dont bring my greatsword and sit on my adrenaline.
This is officially my favorite trait ever. If you combine it in a good adrenaline build you barely need any other form of condi removal tools.
I always favored axes and longbows and this revamp did well with them. I think I’ll respec my warhorn for a shield though and find a non shout based build.
