Hehe, some nice clashes against VII, mostly not so good for us Pikeniers , but who cares, primary target is allways fun and nice fights

“filling of the sandwich” depends on your 2nd position, gettin pressure from our side and from the vizzies, but never mind, the week is over and hopefully next week will be better

Imo this bracket is quite difficult for Smallscalers or smaller Guilds which like runnin with the zerg as hell, cause with the vizublobb arround you don´t have a chance to do some smallscale – so I can generally understand why someones are bored and not really lucky with this bracket.
But if you´re runnin with the zerg (which was arround 30-40 people at the maximum) you can have a bunch of fun and loot, when vizunies are imploding or rc´s are trying to stand their ground in their role as the filling of the sandwich.

As some guys have written before …
„Save yourselfes“ can be very dangerous, especially when you´re running in a zerg and you haven´t got enough removes.
Renewed Focus is a good elite, cause it gives you 3 seconds of stability, maybe helpfull if you want to get in a hold or if you´re divin in an enemies zerg.
Dangerous in alturistic healing is, when you´re alone, so try to have some guys arround, if you´re allone and you get in trouble with enemies, you´re a freeloot

Traits are similar to mine as a HP-balanced DD
Your Power is „quite“ low, your crit-chance is high and your crit-dmg is also low – for me personally (just me!!) thats a bit crazy now, but I did this also in the beginning

So my suggestion (if you want to go a save DD-way in the frontline) is this
Survival-Frontline-CritDMG-Guardian

I´m running it (in an adapted version for ascendeds) since a few weeks and it´s working in guildraids, in publiczergs, in smallscale-scenarios and it´s awesome if you played heal or support before, cause you don´t have to bite your enemies down
It doesn´t meet the w3-tendencies oft he most w3-guild I know, cause mostly the standard-w3-builds are more tanky, but with some movement it´s fun anyway

The build is also viable in PvE (especcially the easier ones like AC,FC, the actual pavillion and the open world sectors – fractals it´s a bit risky, but with changing some skills, depending on the situation, it´s also working), but for PvE there are better builds.

Maybe this helps you, but it´s just one possibility to run your guardian in w3

€: If you don´t like to jump in your enemies as the first one, change Judge´s Invention to “Hallowed Ground” (for stability) or to “Retreat” (for Speed, Aegis and a + Heal).
In PvE I would recommend a Greatsword, cause it has got more mobility (DMG is in the end almost the same as with the hammer)

If a servertransfer must be done, don´t share any thinking on it and don´t preasure yourself, we aren´t scared of countless fc-runs to help you to get the needed gold.

Certainly more German speaking W3-Players are very welcome, if they want to become a Member of Schelle zum Mitnehmen [slap]

At the moment our crew counts 30 Members, Girls and Boys. This can maybe alternate a bit, cause we put a very big focus, primary on the human, but also on the playfull matching of our community.

Most of us are allready landed and have settled on Abaddon meanwhile, so we will start our first guildraid in a few days (not necessary to overhaste somthin) to kick up one´s heels beside some occasional public leadings.

You can find W3-activities reaching from 1on1, to smallscale-trolling-arround, zergbashing and gvg.
Beside there are comfortable fc-runs, current Ingame-Events and sPvP-rounds on the daily free programm. But mostly we are foolin arround on the borderlands.

Just contact Heimdali, Defftinala, Seiko Martr, Tamurill Elainesse or Nobody Risin or any other member of our crew, if you are interested or if there are some questions.

Saw some nice actions from ya guys!

Had a nice fight against Buka near the Bay on AM arround 0.00, was luck that some pugs joined us 3 from [slap], otherwise we wouldn´t get ya down – specially after “Reset-Chillout-Party”

Special congrats to QQ and Pony taking the AM garrison in a speed-action after the restart, but next time you should hide better if you want to farm some enemies, which are runnin into the garrison
Riot did it a bit better, standin more inside on the bridge and bombing with their portal

Thanks to the [PX] Ingi for the nice fight on the GvG meadow! Next time, when my traits are right (“facepalm”) you won´t win 0:3

That´s just, cause we didnt check 2 times, that your team was rolling towards us until we were in downstate, as we were roaming arround. Was two times a example for mass-blindness or idioty or something like that.

But was good, we had a bunch of fun (we droped some tears of laughter) and we had good fights – that´s the way it should be

One more nice Eve yesterday

An unexspected Raid with our friends from [WK] (thanks guys for taking us with you and very nice lead!) with some good fights all over AG BL.

Afterwards some roaming with my guildies was also quite funny.

At the end we had to see that GA startet an massive Attack on EB and on our home and kept everything. Don´t know why MS Nighties weren´t as strong as normal, maybe it was the heat.

But doesn´t matter at all allready, had one more eve with nice fights and a lot of fun, that matters

Awesome eve yesterday on Gandalfs home with my group of guildies, saw (and felt) some good fights between QQ and „My little“ Pony from MS and different guilds from Gandi.

Who was this annoying mage which was runnin circles with me at the cata´s at the ruin??
I was gettin dizzy and sick from all this rounds, seemed like indy 500, but nice fight.

AG and GA are the best opponents in a bracket ever seen since headstart!

HF and lookin forward to a bunch of nice fights!

Nowadays at bit less because at the old times some guys just came home from party and let the party go on^^

Best thing is counting a countdown and taking a mouthfull – the bad side is, reset just ends sometimes a bit early, if there are too much counts^^

Hehe, quite funny reset last night

After entering w3 and talking to some Raniks in the map-chat, w3 was resetted an wuhuuu AG and DS were on the line. Good to see some good opponents in the matchup.

Had a lot of fun with 4 gildies to open DS-Bay nothern gate with a single ram and hiding in the outer ring. After 20 mins of waiting and hiding (for nothing) we tried to enter inner ring as AG and DS were fighting – much tooo early and maybe more a joke than a good move, but we were too bored.

Eve ended with some nice fights against TUP – so finaly an eve with lot of fun and good fights.

Hope this continues

We had the same prob yesterday evening. We weren´t able to place any kind of siege than a Golem.
Everybody has got billions of golems in his/her inventory, so we were saving them and openden some doors by pressing Autohit down to hell^^
In defence we had the same problem as you.

As you can see MS isn´t the winner of this “feature”. As i can say, AG had the same probs.

Hey FSP, don´t be too angry with LoA!

Was really funny to fight you with some guildies (about 8 to 10) arround our spawn and pulling your guys over the lowland-bridge – had some nice fights and thats how it should be.

And afterwards taking all your camps including your fully expanded camp against a zerg of NPC´s and arround 5 gamers (don´t really know the exact number, but … puh … was just a hard and tough fight) with 3 to 4 guys.

hopefully we will have some more evenings like this!

Was there with some Guildies yesterday, as our Public Commander took back the bay for MS – maybe my hammer did hit you^^
Was really astonished, that it was going so “easy”, cause I didn´t check, that your were allready outmanned.

It´s a fairly different situation as the weeks before and this is quite exciting and it makes fun.
We Millers would have the Quality to play in brackets like this, but we allready don´t have the numbers to prevent a wholetime coverage per week and per day, which imo is a basic. But doesn´t matter – we have fun, we have the opportunity to learn and we are able to have some nice fights.

Fights, like yesterday, just before midgnight, as the Gandaras (Yak´s, WvW´s and a lot of others) attacked our HL fortress at both northern doors. If the ports wouldn´t have been there, we would have lost it, but with the port and the engagement of a lot Millers we were able to hold it. Nice fight, lot´s of bags for us and a wipe for Gandara (just kiddin´, no offence)

Hopefully we can have such nice fights some more times this week – but not in OUR FORTRESS

Gandara seems to be strong at night, cause as i went off at 01.00 they were outnumbered on EB and our home was quite safe (except a 15+ zerg) – now, as my guildie says, everything green – wtf?

Why don´t play against us? We´re just kitten

Quite interresting evening yesterday More stress as the past weeks, but also more action.

Was a pleasure, that Gandara visited our fortress 2 times, we were able to kick you out and some more often times to safe our nothern supplycamp, but you´ve forgotten your bags – just kiddin´, was a lot of fun and some nice fights.

Thanks to all the Guys and Girls from Abbaddon who helped us getting the Bay on JS BL, hopefully our boons and fortifications helped defending and it was held a long time.

Was also a nice move to claim the JS-Fortress and defending it with the spirit of “Never retreat”

Great evening for Abbaddon on JS BL, was a pleasure and we had a bunch of fun.

Me personaly was killed 5000 times (as it felt) but your action was good and we all had fun, that the way it should be

As history told us hardly, Thursdays and Fridays are JS-Days, so fortify your positions .

Didn´t see any double-teaming against AG – but I was just on AM and JS BL this week.
When I saw a mass of AG´s they where mostly fighting JS´s – but as before, just my point of view

Heroic battle against JS on AM BL, in the traingle Hill – Redwater – Redbriar over half an hour, nice action.

Culling is absolutely an handycap, as Starfall said, but had anyway – had a lot of fun once more.

Had a nice evening yesterday, deffed AM Spawnturret on Jade-BL 4,5 hours, earned lots of bags und brought Jade´s Bay-Wall down with our Sniper-Trebs^^.
Finally Jade swapped over us with their wellknown Nightshift, but overall it was a funny evening.

Nice fights, mostly against Jade but few times also against some AG´s

Hope this weeks keeps going this way

Good idea – as an amateur I would say its simple to implement

After a survived Culling-Bomb its quite worse if the Tab-Key gets tortured on.

Because of the mass, in sPvP there´s a lot more smaller group of people arround (in the situation) and sPvP has a bit more sportive background
It´s not the same as in WvW, there is War (sure its a game, but WvW simulates War – much more than sPvP) and so there is another speech.
Also depending on the Mass-Effect, where the Trollers and Flamers are stronger in the Mass.

Me personally I´m prefering to know my enemies and having a nice chat after some hardcore fighting, but I believe the mass of players would missuse this possibility, so I can understand why Anet doesn´t give us this feature.

Imo its a Ride on the Razors Edge, ´cause as long as the possibility gets used in a normal and respectful way, is quite good, funny, interesting, … also including some friendly flaming^^
But if its missused …
