it changed my spelling its called spl.a.s.h top for android tablets you can stream the game and play it on your tablet and it has all the mmo controls setup but you can also customize it

I wish sp.a.s.h top would work just a tad bit better so I could actually play at work but ALAS!

Even then it wouldn’t matter once you start thinking you are superior to others in any manner that mentality does not go away. After getting beat in those situations they will still come on the forums and shed delicious tears. =)

I think you have missed the entire point yet again it isn’t an issue of fair. Anything that is not abusing game mechanics is fair. The point we make is simply that it doesn’t require skill.

For the record since I was sleeping and didn’t get to respond to some posts-

I never claimed all of SF was bad.
I never claimed I was great. I win some I lose some, but I do claim to be skilled at the game and capable of more then running with a zerg.

My big post about balancing tier8 to immediately move into a fun match instead of spending 5 months in boring matches was not a troll and was a genuine thought. Frankly the “server loyalty” doesn’t mean much to me, I more of a “tier loyalty” guy. It’s quite common for me to have many players from both opposing servers on my friend list (hod/gom for example). Our guild actually has several members that joined us by moving from one of the servers we had been facing as they liked our style and wanted to run with us.

For me it doesn’t matter who’s on what server or which server is winning as long as people are having fun.. If facerolling with superior numbers and winning without a challenge is fun for SF like many have implied then w/e floats your boat just understand it’s not quite so fun for the other servers.

Shout out to the Gore(SF) members I’ve made friends with, some very cool guys in that guild.

I guess whatever helps you sleep at night right>?

If the score was not a problem and clearly by your videos you are “PWNING NOOBS” in them you would not put forth so much effort to voicing your opinion towards how bad the compitition is because SF moved here, you would simply overlook it because you are getting so many badges and so much exp/karma. However it seems that you are still crying(not NSP as a whole just some individuals) and claiming unfairness. I mean keep at it of course we at PVP know that we are baddies and you don’t really have to tell us that, your 5 man crew can wipe our 20 man groups, we know this, but please make it known that you do this with the entire server which is SF. —>Maybe the front line pushed too far? Maybe he placed it poorly? Maybe god forbid he hit the wrong key.

IE: Sure you have honed your skills, but only for the sake of honing skills….I can sharpen a pocket knife to a razor’s edge, but if I set it on my mantle and never use it??? What was the point of sharpening it in the first place? Oh yeah cause it was “fun”…

I have tried to answer your points/questions in a serious manner, so maybe you can gleen some insight to our (SF not PVP guild) side of the discussion….Again I didnt really watch all of the video, maybe the guy is a terrible player….But in reality if I remember right he posted the video to show some footage of the action taking place, not to have someone who has provided no footage to critique his gameplay.

I wish I could post something more than neutral, I recently posted something along the lines of lets not blame a server as a whole for actions of some and got moderated. However PVP guild will not stoop the level of anyone that fully understands the situation but yet still comes on these forums to make fun of others.

I mean look mostly pvp guild are adults who understand this is a game, why do we play it?, to have fun. That is all, I didn’t even know that there could be this much hate, lol hell I was shocked at the person from PAXA hating on my buddy’s video WOW that was something.

It just goes to show when you are raged you do not give 2 kittens about what you are saying.

Yes you’re correct in knowing that my guys and I don’t feel taking a tower with 20+ people is deserving of credit. And because in a half hour it will be retaken don’t feel that having taken it in the first place is worth a single thing. You play to win the game…Otherwise there is no game, in PVE do you join dungeons to spar with the bosses? Nope, its to beat the dungeon (IE: to win)…Is it our fault that ANET decided to offer no reward for winning? No. Would you rather we not keep score? Do you want a participation trophy? Would you like people to recognize your superior build/trait lines coupled with the impressive combo field group you run with?

Seriously PAXA, why is it everytime you guys post its always anti-zerg, anti-capping, anti-WvW essentially. What you have is an OPINION of how WE should be playing which is mildly hilarious, and overtly sad on your part….

But to suggest that we should all just roam in 5 man groups, ignore capping, ignore the scoring system, essentially ignore the mechanics of WvW, all becuase what? ANET set the grouping system up to accomodate 5-man teams? You really think that was their intent? Just make this massive WvW scenario and then have 10-five man teams running around PVPing each other? That just sounds silly…Essentially, what I truly believe, is that people like you that come in here saying things like this, really just want people to play YOUR style since you think that what you are doing is superior. When in fact what your doing might have some merit to the overall aspect of the game (IE: helping your server somewhat), the reality is that sitting on your BL camping a spawn “looking for a good fight to better yourself” is slightly more of a waste of time than actually capping camps and towers etc…

When SF took our Bay keep yesterday and were at the north inner gate of the keep, we had FULL AOE circles (you know those red things you are supposed to roll out of) well within the keep as far back as the steps going down to the Lord’s Room. Now I later went and tried to duplicate those circles, even by going as far as placing ACs where SF had theirs, but to no avail. I tried a Ranger, a Mesmer, An Ele and still could not duplicate those full AoE circles that far into the inner keep with the gate up.

Now there may be a possible explanation but be warned that we did take screenshots. The sad but irrefutable fact is that if someone in your zerg was cheating by using a PoV modifier hack, then the WHOLE zerg, all 50+, are complicit and at the risk of being banned.

I do not mind losing a fair and honest fight but I will do everything I can to catch and report cheaters. Now again I am not saying that is what occurred in this case, as again I may have missed something. If I did I would appreciate your input.

That is easily possible we do it all the time, and here is how you do it, you place arrow cart right outside the gate actually on the grass behind the gate a bit, then look through the opening that is above the gate at an angle where you can see the floor now proceed to lay down arrows on your foe. If you still do not get it maybe I can make a video of it. Oh btw way this is for inner northgate @ bay

I been hearing that some of you think SF is the only one with bigger amounts of players, But I will post some videos of what we go up against, in some cases it may seem to you when you are playing that the zerg is huge but that might be not peak times for oyu, but saying that your server do not have this “big zerg”. total respect for you guys. i attacked hills wall, already covered by an ac…..okay try the north gate with rams….already covered…..okay try catas….already covered by pre built catas…..okay lets try trebs on pride rock….pre built 2 trebs and a cata….i just had to bow and pull the guild out. you guys obviously know what you are doing. hats off for making me waste supply and blueprints :P

to the PvP guild:
you obviously have had practice with the portal bomb. i watched you portal bomb 3 separate times on the same zerg. absolute decimation. Not to mention your numbers. hats off to the offensive part of SF.

i have a feeling there is going to be alot of kitten talking, taunting, gloating, and other kitten in this thread. but i definitly underestimated SF at first :p especially since the first hour i was just farming you guys at Hills. LK and myself will definitly be more perpared next time your in our bl :P and wherever we meet you all.

I know I will get flak for this but this is something I posted on our server forums also, we need to enlighten our PvE groups to WvW, and show them what server pride means, I am sooo happy we were able to get PvE players to try WvW and them notice its so much fun that they do not want to leave. This is the reason [PVP] have so many online in WvW.

On ET and FC, you won’t get this chance… You WILL face some huge SF force at some point and lose… Then you’ll head elsewhere and there is SF again. And when you look, all the map is green, and SF have people waving at you from Woodhaven. I don’t think a player would ever return under this circunstace unless he is a masochist.

Then you need to take a different direction , and that direction is building morale, the way you do that is you only hit supply camps and move forward as you look at towers, what I mean by that is as you do a circle or what ever you do as a group you always keep eyes on a tower that you potentially might want to take, then you second run around the tower you want to take that will build morale, and you do this over and over until your group is in sync, and when the commander says “hey guys we got this” they know to believe it, a commander is only as strong as the force that follows behind him/her.

No seriously, that “zerg” you’re seeing is the PEAK of the server population at the moment. Can’t wait to get some transfers.

Venn what you have to understand is yes there are zergs on all three servers on different time zones even, but how do we counter that, what is the best route to making sure we are on top. We all three are thinking this (as servers) but we do not think about the solution.

I know I will get flak for this, but this is something I posted on our server forums also, we need to enlighten our PvE groups to WvW, and show them what server pride means, I am sooo happy we were able to get PvE players to try WvW and them notice its so much fun that they do not want to leave. This is the reason [PVP] have so many online in WvW.

us in T8 or T7 or even in T6 we have to work with the community as a whole and not just us as a guild.

Hey guys some very great battles we had with a mixture of PK TFOR and other people, I have nothing but praise for you since you all have so much spirit, now you have to instill that into the rest of the server, one thing I can suggest is to try to recruit fresh meat and give them a taste of blood =P they will never go back!

Great battles during the weekend guys, keep it up. =)

None of my guild members post on these forums besides me, and when I post I am always positive, I however cannot speak for everyone and I think there should be none of this trolling but I cannot do anything about. And some of the things you guys are saying, you are saying to the whole server which is not like that (well at least most of them). You have to know that a select few maybe in the 50s even do not represent a server as a whole. So when you dismiss a server as a whole its really not nice, because there are many people that get thrown under that title.

Sorry i had to kind of say that since there was just finger pointing going on. However I enjoy every fight with ET and FC win or loose its always a pleasure and I hope that we can continue to work towards having better battles on the field rather than forums.
