Have you tried running the file as an administrator? You could try left-clicking on the setup file and select “Run as Administrator”?

You may also want to check and make sure, if you have a digital download of the game, that the file downloaded fully (although I can’t imagine it didn’t if you’re getting the setup window)

It could be that your laptop has a secondary graphics card installed on it in addition to the AMD. Make sure your display is set to the AMD and not Intel’s if you haven’t already.

I’m certainly not an expert on computers. Probably your best bet would be to file a support ticket. I ran your specs through a website and you should be able to play the game on high settings no problem.

Have you tried doing a repair of the game client? Maybe you have a corrupted data file? Otherwise, I have no idea what it could be. I hope someone is able to figure it out for you.
