Y, that’s the important thing. It only happens (for me) when I form party with ppl from another servers (but not in 100%). Restarting client works in about 10% for me.
But a minute ago everything worked perfect, no problems at all. But surly they will happen again later.

It even happens to me if I’m on the same server as the other people in my party.

Gah. This is ridiculous.

The only way I know of “fixing” this is to restart the client. Even then there’s still no guarantee things will work out.

The Friends List hasn’t been functioning properly since the game downtime last week. When I log on it shows everyone on my friends list as being offline. They are not offline. I have to restart the client to get them to show up online. Even then some of them still do not show as being online. I’m obviously not being blocked by these players. They’re my friends. I’ve even checked with skype to make sure they’re online and not blocking me.

I’m an American player on a Eu (Gandara) server.

I know other people out there are having problems with this too. Please post so they see this. I’m going to submit a bug report after I post this.

The plan going forward is to meet up again today. I know Shanaeri is on vacation. Just because he is there’s no reason not to hold the meets. We’ve done meets without him before. If anyone has questions or concerns, feel free to contact me in-game.

Someone suggested we try the jp in EB this week. That’s an option if we’re all from Gandara. If not we’ll come up with something else to do. Perhaps something Karka/Southsun related.

Anyway, Come to the meet. Bring your ideas.

The humans and charr have a truce, and part of that truce is that both species are welcome in each other’s cities. In practice, only adventurous souls would walk into the other race’s city. The charr don’t eat other sentient races, though they will gladly let you believe that if it makes it easier to deal with you.

This week we had quite a decent turnout thanks to my post on reddit. I’d like to thank everyone that came out. It was greatly appreciated.

This week we did the jumping puzzle Griffonrook’s Run in Timberland Falls.

It looks like its back again. I’m lagging around in the Cursed shore right now. Its taking about 5-10 seconds for skills to activate.

A few of us decided to do path 1 of AC this week. It was the first time most of us had been there since the changes were made to the dungeon. There were a few bumps along the way but ultimately we took out Kholer and the Howling King. No action shots for today. Just one of us standing over the mangled corpse of the Howling King. (Yes the quality is horrible, but you get the point!)

The fact that there isn’t one just completely blows my mind. Especially after all the time we had to spend using that crappy party system in Guild Wars 1. (Heck, we didn’t even have that for several years!)

We need something asap. The LFG on the friends list is laughable. Most people click that and forget they did it in the first place.

I submitted a support ticket 13 hours ago and still haven’t heard back. They’ve really gotten slack on the side of support. It was never this slow with Guild Wars 1.

The same thing happened to me. I purchased one character slot using in-game gold (gems) a few minutes ago and received two character slots. I really hope we don’t end up banned for this. <_<
