Hey there everyone. I’m the Founder of the guild WARCRY, a Semi-Hardcore PvX and WvW Guild. WarCry has been around for 10+ years and looking to be a serious force on GW2.
I am currently looking for consistent, dedicated, and serious players to join my leadership staff. I need the staff to have integrity and morals and a sense of responsibility. Warcry is destined for greatness, so whomever is on staff should have a positive and mature mindset.

WarCry is very passionate about putting together great WvW runs. We are really looking for players who want to help us succeed in the vanquishing of other worlds. WarCry has captured a few places in our name and we are proud of our work. In the long run, we are dedicated to forming massive guild groups for WvW so we can completely zerg everything. GUILD LEADERSHIP & OFFICERS
The staff is comprised of the Viscount (Leader), Councilor (Co-Leader), and Officer (appointed only). Everyone on staff is REQUIRED to have Teamspeak 3, do their jobs with great integrity. No one on staff will ever be just a title holder. Officers are expected to know what they’re doing and be able to deal with deal with situations at times. Leadership and Staff are here for the members. We will do our best to make you your best. Anytime there is an issue, you can rest assured that staff will deal with it.
MEMBERSHIP DEMOGRAPHICS & REQUIREMENTS
The ideal member WarCry is looking for is someone strong minded, mature, a no-nonsense person, is serious about what they want and believes in what WarCry stands for and truly wants the guild to succeed. By being semi-hardcore, we will have some casual players but majority of our members should be team players, able to follow instruction, and ready to do what is necessary.
The Leadership and Officers of WarCry will does not and will not babysit anyone. Lazy, free-loading, and uncooperative players who are only here for themselves will be weeded out. WarCry is here to make waves and achieve greatness. Our basic requirements for membership are below:
• Age 18 and older (exceptions made on case-by-case basis)

• Willing to follow instructions
• Represent WarCry 100% of the time (loyalty is a must)

GUILD EVENTS
Every week, the leaders or officers will post events on the calendar located on the main website. It is on each member to be proactive and check the website each day for any new events posted, recent guild news, or major announcements. Although participation in each event is not required, if a member signs up or says they will participate, we expect those people to show up unless they notify someone on staff prior to the event. We will be involved in:

I am currently looking for any mature players who would be interested in joining the Leadership Council of WARCRY. I am also looking for serious members who know what it means to be in a guild and to watch each others backs and will be here for the guild and not just themselves. Due to issues beyond anyones control, WARCRY was forced to temporarily shut its doors, but not WARCRY is back open and looking to do what it’s always done, BE THE BEST IN THE WORLD.

WARCRY MERGER PROPOSITION

THE PROPOSAL
Hello my fellow Blackgate Leaders and Officers. I’m the High Councilor (Leader) for WARCRY and I am here for one purpose. That is, to discuss the possibility of mergers. Why you ask? Because there are so many small guilds fighting for numbers to take on the much bigger guilds and compete on an even playing field, but yet there are not enough players to go around.
I am proposing that any guilds (30 members or less), who want to, merge into WARCRY. With this, we all will be able to have one big cohesive unit that can handle anything. We all want the same things, so why not join forces to do just that. Once we begin to merge guilds, we can discuss any possible to changes needed to the guild as a whole.
Structure and Organization
Currently the way WARCRY is setup, we have a “council system”. So any leader who wants to, can and will become a member of the Warcry Council. So no one will lose their positions.
