I am on mostly in the evenings(9pm Central) due to work but typically play 4-5 hours a night.
My interest is in doing fractals(for the back piece )/dungeons(for the cosmetics) and WvW.
Though /age is only 410hours, I’m mature mid20’s with a job and a family. I have previous mmo experience and access to vent/ts/etc.
Like I mentioned the warrior is my main and the character I use for farming/fractals, but I would like to level other classes to 80 eventually. I have no problems full repping.

WorldvWorld? That’s the only reason why I want an 80, otherwise I’d be Chillin in HoTM all day.
Also Fractals if pvp isn’t your thing, you mentioned not being into a legendary so map completion may be out of the question. You seem to have more than one 80 with more than one play style on each…maybe collect a bunch of different(aesthetics&stats) armors for a few of your favorite builds/classes.
bump for great justice
Just an idea I’ve been toying with in SPVP
Figured I’d ask the forums for criticism/input, I’m fairly new to necro so go easy XD

The build plays off of the condi meta but adds that twist of being a power(ish?) spec.
20/30/20/0/0
Focus Cooldown
Axe Cooldown
Life Force on crit
Spectral Attunement
Weakness on crit
Staff Cooldown(alternatively 400toughness channel)
Fear on disable
I know…No, 20%damage >50%HP, I try to counter that with +2% per conditionSig of Spite for some decent burst
Utilities:
Spectral Wall (prot and fear)
Spectral Walk (2 stun breaks/mind kitten the enemy)
Signet of Spite (the main point of pseudo-condi, passive 180power, active 6conditions)
Divinity runes to keep my stats close to even
25.5kHP/2600Armor
Alternatively Melandru for the reduced condi dura
~24.5kHP ~2800Armor
Soldiers ammy(PVT)/Carrion jewel(CD/P/V)
~3200Attack ~425 Condi Damage
Overall I’ve had success with it. Hits pretty decent(4k Axe#2 every 6.5s) it’s not too squishy also not the usual necrosuspect. XD
Something I’ve been theory crafting while at work.
Based around dagger and DS dancing.

*Axe is there incase you need to do damage from 600 rather 130range

Spiteful vigor works only when you use heal skill or proc when siphon too?
Though I just started playing necro a week ago this is the build I use in soloq(which is all I do on this character)
http://intothemists.com/guides/614-toa_mirror_match_ladder_necro_1_dfocaxewh
Basically stay within 600range, provide heals and blinds for teammates, generate crazy life force with dagger, watch out for condis(only one full cleanse use it wisely), you have a ridiculous health pool so don’t be afraid to tank a SkullCrack/100b…cause you can..if you get focused by 2 or more, unless you have people with you you should probably not stick around. Your not a glass cannon, you do decent damage and you don’t use typical dd/staff or whatever the condi meta is for necros.
From what I understand hammer is mega underwhelmed when most bosses are immun to cc’s and don’t dodge roll hundred blades. Not saying it isn’t possible but these forums probably won’t be the ones to help you as most will just say GS(for pve) or go home
Been runnin a similar build
http://gw2skills.net/editor/?fIAQNAS8ejcOFvxQqQMRCEMDNsKOFUCNj5wOSFIDA-TsAg0CvIqRVj7JTNynsPNQYRwGCA
I utilize unsuspecting foe and fury for 100% crit on stunned target with +50% crit damage
I like warriors sprint for the roaming capabilities but you can switch for boon hate/vigor stance/or even mobile strike(not much range cept for savage leap, but you carry 3movement skills)
The toughness with dolyak sig wielding hammer ~2700 with shield ~2900
23k health
+150 power to allies in combat puts your hammer at 3200 attack and sword ~3100
All in all you still gotta watch out for condition spikes, 4 or less conditions are bearable, 6+ conditions, good luck.
As if it matters went 3/4 in soloq one win was a 4v5 which happens all too often.
Going to try this build tonight, Love the hammer, love the shield, still getting used to sword miss the axe but sword is the same but better.

Been playing warrior for ~3months only doing pvp. I would like to get into Tpvp but as we all know warriors aren’t as powerful there as they are in PvE where mobs don’t dodge 100b.
I find the current MSh/GS warrior meta to be cheesy-ish and wanted to try and see if other builds are able to keep up to par.
The build stats:
3004 Attack
9% Crit Chance
3032 Armor
25062 Health
100 Condi Damage
10% Boon Dura
35% Crit Damage
245 Healing
30% Burst Recharge
Hoelbrak Runes, Soldier ammy, Zerk jewel
Sigil of Para on Hammer, Accuracy on Sword, Bloodlust on Shield
Healing Surge (the burst heal is my preference though HealSig probably works too)
Stomp ((AoE push much like HammerF1, moves downed targets away from potential rezzers) can be switch for whatever)
Berzerkers Stance (beast Condi mitigation)
Balanced Stance (stab/stun break)
SoRage (only useful elite in PvP amiroite)
So my basic strategy is to lock someone down for as long as possible while my auto attack whittles their health down faar enough for Final Thrust to get some action.
I do pretty great in hot join but hot join is for dailys and build testing
In Tpvp on the other hand it doesn’t do as well, I guess I’m wondering if the above build is even considered worthy of queuing for soloTpvp. Amidoinitwrong? Should I just conform and run what seems to be the only successful build for warrior Tpvp?
Help appreciated/tips&tricks appreciated/Criticisms appreciated
