Amazing how tonight’s event brought all of HoD together!

The amount of QQ in this thread is sad. I’m having a blast in this box, on all 3 modes. W2-Z2 was long but some of those dart traps are placed beautifully where I wouldn’t have expected.

Like old games, you fail and learn. Even if it means getting game-over. If you noticed, none of the games have a game-over screen now. It’s suppose to be brutal.

I bought the infinite coin before I even entered the box. I enjoyed it so much the first time the SAB came around that having this coin means I can join any time I want! I’ll admit I’m slightly better than most platformer players out there so the coin wasn’t necessary but I bought it anyway.

I’ll be sad if any of the SAB gets nerfed.

This was my personal favorite when we got sandwiched from DH and SF. Quite a few of us made it out alive some how..

Pretty much. We kinda got bored. Least me and my guildies have. The new patch also got a lot of Hengies busy along with school starting for many others.

That and we have enough points that we don’t even need to play the rest of the matchup and still win, so a lot of ppl have more things to do .

WvW update: HoD is eating everything, I hope they have room for tea later. Missing out on tea is like committing a sin.

I’m sorry, I thought we were on american servers.

I’m actually sad that Zombieland left. We had a huge gold pot for players who grabbed screenshots of them staking specific members of [WvW]. We wanted to fight you guys so bad. RNG was not on our side.

What amazes me that GoM had the same problems HoD had when Zombieland was on our server. You don’t know how happy everyone was when they left our server.

-Constantly failed golem rushes
-Legendaries that were bought for members and weren’t earned
-Commander tags were bought for inexperienced players who never WvW
-Constant que for EB
-The egos were through the kitten roof

A guild that single handedly ruined World vs World for half a server. I hope they realize their mistakes after seeing the same complaints in this thread as we had.

Good luck in JQ though. You will have 0 effect on their server. You won’t ever WvW as a guild with the numbers you have.

As for GoM. I hope this wasn’t a devastating lost for you guys and hope you guys reconstruct what was the old days. We still look forward to fighting you but it won’t be as satisfying as we wanted. Although I do look forward to getting my revenge on styx…

Envy Entropy is not a spy. and she “got your guild name wrong” on purpose. she has (that i know of) [Mend] Mending the Ruines (instead of Mending the Ruined), [FKB] Fluffy Kitten Brigade (instead of Fancy Kitten Brigade, and [VLK] (sorry… don’t know what she turned that one in to)

I’m surprised anyone on our server would make a claim anyway. HoD and ET have had such a similar story that you’d think we’d understand. Huge exodus, pummeled for weeks by new opponents, pummeled for weeks by the same opponent (DH for us, SF for ET).

Sf barely had twice your combined scores there. In our descent together, that week Blackgate had 20 times our combined scores.

Some people are new to the server and don’t know the full history of HoD and ET of going down the ranks for months. The sad part was, we ended up being green in almost each tier. I got so use to Sunny and Cragtop naming convention b.c those were the only towers I ever tried to take back. lol

I think we all got our fair share of being stomped.

Hope so! Same with Eredon Terrace and Ferguson’s Crossing. It would be neat to see some more regular server exchanges between tier 7 and 8.

I agree, but I don’t think it will happen until Devon works out a new ranking system. It’s clear that on the bottom, there are 7 servers which could play together on a rotating basis without major washouts (ET, FC, HoD, GoM, NSP, DR, IoJ). Here is hoping they figure it out soon.

can we ll get into one tier and have a 7-way? that would be fun.

Sounds cool, but it’d be difficult to set up. We should ask jellybean’s mom how to properly handle a 7-way.

What’s that suppose to mean? It was me and my guildie on a lowbie mesmer. I’ve gotten better at killing thieves, just… those really good ones I still have trouble with. because when I finally do get the advantage, you stealth, remove conditions, heal, come back, back stab, disappear, I bob and weave so you can’t backstab again and eventually I hide back in my tower because you’re being a meanie head. If my mesmer was on his guardian… oooo those fights would have came out differently.

You may have won this time. My repair bill wasn’t that bad, you only killed me twice. :p

Also, what is this KoS list? I am curious if guys actually do think VLK is any good.

For anyone who cares, when you type in sh .7 without the space, it gets filtered into the word kitten.

I’m just letting you know. Since this is the last week before transfers end. We’re trying our hardest to win at the moment. We had a plan and we’re sticking to it. Like I said, you won’t find much HoD there or at all, another week would be better.

Anyone know why when someone quotes me, my name changes from Tossedfikitten380 to Tossed Fikitten.380? Unless it’s just me and I’m going crazy o.0

-My Concerns for fightclub this week-

I helped coordinated fight club on the HoD side when Kain offered to do fight club. I want to do fight club as much as the next guy and I might even be there for tomorrow but there are a few problems.

1. It’s a really close match, least between HoD and GoM. Are you guys willing to sacrifice men for fight club to have the possibility of losing what you have? I can’t guarantee my server will stop to do a fight club… We’re trying our best to win and we want you guys too. When Kain did fight club for us, it was a complete blowout, so some of the big guilds were able to join fight night rather then painfully try and retake our BL and our part of EB.

2. Communication between servers. I don’t know what GoM did but Kain’s [RE] let guest into their vent to communicate better. Some people wanted to fight specific people. I volunteered to join their vent and I was able to coordinate everyone on my server who went to this event. It was great. If someone interfered with a fight and they don’t listen to the coordinator, then we tell the other server to kill them.

Me and Kreese are trying to work out a way for others from GoM and DH to join us on a team-speak program to make things go easier. Unless you guys have one for me to join and I’ll be the representative for HoD.

Point being, you probably won’t see much HoD tonight at fight night. Since we might be stuck together for the next few weeks, feel free to add and pm me to help make fight night happen.

Hiya Kain and GoM,

Some of you remember me, I’m Tossed Fish, the messenger on vent for Fight Club representing HoD.

I just want to let you that we had a blast. As a vet in WvW for HoD, we get stomped week after week. Even after this painful week, Kain managed to pull out something really fun for us at the end. Every one of my guys enjoyed themselves which makes me very happy. It was well organized with very little communication. I’d like to think I did a good job. lol.

As for the last 5v5 we had, I know you guys got upset for the staking. We didn’t do for badges, if we wanted badges, we would have staked after every fight. I knew the rules, but they got trigger happy and figured staking counts b.c they thought you can rally/revive. So that was bad communication on my part.

Anyway. Thank you all! Especially [RE] for putting this together!

Even though we couldn’t take Garrison back. It was a pretty epic fight between HoD and Kaineng. Also, there are more trebs in the back where the tower is, couldn’t fit them all in the picture…

Lol, sorry Styx, I can’t promise you safety in our borderlands, that’s where I usually portal :p
