It is now illegal to put such gambling items now in Japan. A new law has passed last year in Japan that prohibits gaming companies to put gambling style random bags/chest in MMOs. Maybe there should be something like this in the US too.

I’m getting the same issue as the original poster. At least with the new GEM card this issue is no longer a problem IF only I know where else to buy GEM cards aside from Amazon.com.

Free market is a double edge sword that is prone to manipulation. Be careful what you wish for.

I would like to know where to buy some GW2 Gem card ? The page doesn’t say which retailer carry it so I did some checking work today. I checked Amazon and they do have it. But the only option is only $25 for 2000 gems card (no $10/20 ones ?). I checked our local 7-11 and Walgreens store but they don’t carry any. Since for some reason I can’t buy more GEMS from the store without requesting a CS ticket (that is valid for only 24 hours) then these stores are my only options.

Sounds like a lot of people having gem buying issues. I can’t buy any gems too for whatever reason (i keep getting rejected CC and Paypal).

I think a better price would be 125 gems for 10 keys.

I don’t like the current gem exchange system. I prefer free market. That way buying and selling would create an economic equilibrium. Impose a tax if you will but that is better than just taxing the gem seller.

I’m incredibly disappointed you can’t use town clothes as battle clothes as well. I like the single costume system in GW1 better.
