How temporary is the glory/gold vendor? anyone know the exact date to when all the glory will be removed?

Is there any benefit of me spending it now before the patch? or can I wait till tom and still use the glory without any gold involved? I have not been keeping track of the notes and changes to spvp sorry

Isnt this healing skill suppose to reduce the cool down with quick glyphs trait because right now its not. Its still stays at 20sec with trait
