While exploring the Blackhold Mine Camp I was in the large cavern where the chest is located when I was knocked over the edge. I landed on top of the right side waterfall (as you stand looking at the chest). I tried to jump onto a ledge and ended up down a hole at the back of the waterfall, as I was stuck in the hole I followed it into the landscape.
