Dungeons don’t count for world completion.
However, the said Chantry of Secrets is the issue in about 90% or even more cases. Note that even if you already entered it while doing your personal story, you probably have to enter it again. Also, if you are stuck with all values maxed (and thus in particular 717/717 POIs), re-check that one.
Monthly/Daily reward shouldn't be based on level (I got a whopping 4 copper for a monthly)

The monthly reward is pretty much only the 20 mystic coins. A level 80 also gets just some copper, like 75 or whatsoever.
Granting the xp according to the character is reasonable and important, I think.
You can also combine rare items, which have a lower chance to result in a pre-legendary, but are way cheaper to craft.
Also, you have to chance to get a regular exotic out of that, which is a nice (money) bonus. Since exotic is max rarity, one does not have that aspect when combining exotics.
I’m using firefox and have rather strict cookie management, however everything for me was fine from the beginning.
Concerning the usefullness of the stats: You can use a transmutation stone to combine legendary looks and the stats of a weapon of your choice.
At the english wiki page someone posted his data of 158 1-Clover-Recipes. It pretty much looks like a 1/3 chance, which also fits the results some friend of mine had with rather few tries.
It looks like the 1x recipe gives 1 clover (but may give up to 4 of other items) and the 10x recipe gives 10x clover (and again more for other things). The costs are equivalent, but like “Strill” already explained above, the 1x recipe results in less variance and thus is a safer option, while the 10x recipe is the gamling way.
Try to revisit the Chantry of Secrets south of Lion’s Arch.
Almost all recipes at Miyani mention crafting professions two times, a big bunch simply states the same profession twice, but several state two different ones: Once almost at the end of the long descriptive part and once at the very end, just above the item value, like all other crafting items.
As far as I see it, the first occurrence is an outdated declaration and part of the bigger text field, while the second one is correct and also responding in color to the crafting professions the character has. Especially for those recipes which state different professions this needs a clean up.
Furthermore, two legendaries were renamed, but still have their old name used here: “Dragon Maw” became “Rodgort” and “Maw of the Deep” became “Kamohoali’i Kotaki”, if I am not mistaken.

Last time I checked the jeweler used the forge next to the master jeweler NPC.
The item “Carcharias” has some broken html code visible in its title at the trading post, see the attached screenshot.
I also brought the german version since another issue is visible there: It seems that the description segment is not correctly closed, because the closing quotation mark is missing and the sentence is not finished. I’d guess that’s connected to the other problem, as it might be a conflict of a quotation mark and an apostrophe.

Similarly to how Trahearne, a necromancer, acquires a legendary sword, and now he uses guardian and mesmer greatsword skills.
NPCs are stated to be not bound to character classes and such. I think even saying “he is a necromancer” is kind of wrong.
Of couse when designing the skillsets, you’d need to take thief dual skills into account. I would have to wonder what arenanet could come up with for a thief wielding 2 different legendary daggers vs 2 of the same legendary daggers.
Pardon? There is only one legendary dagger. Or are you talking about different attributes?
Apart from that, I don’t think that it would fit the idea and in fact would turn out to be better or worse than the regular skill set, thus being not only cosmetic.
Weapon skills are not balanced in general, they are balanced as a set.

the funny thing is, with all the effort you have to put into the legendary weapons, all you get is Aesthetics. I wouldn’t stress too much about it (unless your 1 of those RP players). To add the only reason people really want this so bad (right now) is because no one else has it yet. Who cares about aesthetics, its all about being the “first” to do something. Not sure to feel sorry for you.
Legendary weapons are not only Aesthetics. They are stronger than exotic weapons.
the source? legendary = exotic in terms of stats i think.
Legendary are a different tier of weapons, so until we see one there really is no way to know if they have better stats than exotic or not. If they don’t have, then they are quite the exception, because for everything else in the game, better tier=better stats.
Well, no, it’s been officially stated. For example in this talk (starting with legendaries at about 12:00, important sentences starting at 12:33):
“And legendary weapons, of course, are not any more powerfull than kind of the top level exotic weapons, in fact, each legendary weapon is based of a specific exotic weapon – powerwise – and so they are exactly the same powerwise, but they look a whole lot cooler […] "
And later (~14:00):
“And like we said, there’s no … erm … you won’t get a gameplay advantage out of these things […]”
Also, better tier = better stats is kind of wrong.
PvP weapons used to be red and had the rarity “legendary” (a remnant of that is still visible at the TP, where the rarity filter shows legendary = red). However, PvP weapons were just as powerful as lvl 80 exotic weapons and finaly got changed to orange (probably because of that).
The rarity “legendary” was then used for stuff which has to do with legendary weapons (and for steady weapons in pvp, maybe to mark them as special, don’t know), and got the colour “purple” which was originally used for transmuted gear, which also has no longer an own colour/rarity.
Junk = grey which is also a kind of rarity and does not apply to gear at all, so there is at least one you have to exclude.
Personally, I’d take white (basic) to orange (exotic) as the gear rarity range. For these, your statement is perfectly fine. Junk and legendary should be seen as totally different to that.

However the most interesting item is the Mystic Clover, we have come to the conclusion that you need 250 Mystic Clovers.
I read the thread and only see one person simply assuming you need 250 and other to just run with that. I actually don’t believe in 250 to be needed until someone knows the relevant recipe and thus knows the amount needed.

where there’s you problem anyways the Twilight Great sword is THE HARDEST TO OBTAIN LEGENDARY OF THE WHOLE GAME as it has been stated you need both the dawn an the dusk legendary great swords just to craft it […]
That’s just wrong. Dawn and Dusk are no legendaries, they are special exotic weapons which are pre-weapons for a specific legendary: Sunrise and Twilight. The combined legendary you are talking about is Eternity.
