After reading some of the ideas in this thread I think jagged horrors should act like other minions and other minions should act like the flesh golem: all minions should regen health out of combat except jagged horrors, which simply don’t heal on their own.
I don’t subscribe much to the doom and gloom of the OP, but I definitely agree that waypoint costs scaling to the level of the zone (instead of character level) and event rewards scaling to character level (instead of the zone) would make it much easier for high-level characters to go back and enjoy any zone in the game, instead of being funneled all into one space.
I’m honestly not sure what advantage they get from doing it the way they’re doing it.
Regen out of combat would fix a lot with MM necros. It’s not like you can’t start every battle with full health minions; it’s just annoying and takes a while.
Jagged horrors with 1 HP and no degeneration might be nice. But only because anything is an improvement, I agree.
Also, keeping your character from bemoaning the loss of jagged horrors would be great.
When crafting green wood planks and dowels I noticed it claimed to give XP but my actual XP total did not increase. It was particularly obvious because I was 50 XP from a level; I tried about 12 times and never got XP. Logging out and back in did not solve the problem. Other crafting (insignia using the green dowel) worked as intended. I am not sure if this has been going on forever or just since the wood plank update (3 logs instead of 2). I am not sure if other planks/dowels are affected.
