We are a heavy PvE focused guild. Most nights you will find our members grouped up doing dungeons, fractals, and also event farming (its a lot better in a group champ and event farming).

We also have a few members who do pvp and when we do WvW, it is usually as a small roaming guild group capping and flipping supply camps.

We have unlocked Guild Challenges and are now upgrading for Puzzles. We successfully ran our first Challenge this week and followed that up with a Rush and Bounty.

Hi Bundy,

First off, I’ll let you know that I’m the Guild Leader of a guild on Sorrow’s Furnace called Wrath Incarnate (WIN). We are a PvX guild that dabbles in a little bit of everything, we have scheduled Mission nights, WvW and other guild get togethers (Karma Parties).

I would consider us to be a medium sized guild with 140 members. On any given day we will see 20-30 log on so it’s not like any of our members get lost in the shuffle. I find that as long as people chat in guild chat and/or introduce themselves in our vent channel then they will feel very involved and included and will get the full benefit of being in a friendly guild like we have here.

We ran another awesome Tier 1 Bounty this past Tuesday. Next week, turnout permitting, we may be able to attempt a Tier 2 without getting any PUG’s.

We had an absolutely awesome Bounty on Wednesday night. Many new faces came out…and for once we didn’t get Prisoner 1411. We followed that up with a super easy Guild Trek and did a few exp dungeons to round up the night.

I’d definitely agree with what Wynter said. Currently we have a rank set up for those who are from our Alliance guild and thus do not rep unless they are doing a dungeon run or Guild Mission, we call them “visitors”. Otherwise those who do not rep ever and do not contribute are place as a “Initiate” for a while and after a while its time to let them go if they do not contribute. I do send these people mail to let them know and if they want to come back just to let me know.

It is a tough balance, but i’ve tried my best to embrace the multi-guilding in this game and try not to take it as an insult.

I saw this post and then saw your reply to another post looking to combine smaller guilds. I have a guild on SF called Wrath Incarnate (WIN) and am interested in talking to you about some possible options. Here is a link to my recruitment post so you can get an idea what my guild is all about:

Right now I have a great group of players, all very helpful and great along quite well. I however would love to do more for them in the way of more scheduled events, Missions and general guild activity that quite frankly my schedule doesn’t allow for.

My guild has a stable player base and is in no way losing players to other guilds. We also have a soft partnership with another guild on the server to help out with Mission and filling spots on dungeon runs and whatnot.

I understand that you have put a lot of time into the guild you currently have, if I was in the same position as you I wouldn’t want to let go of it either. I’m not too sure what to suggest other than when you do see guildies on get involved with them right away. I always tried to put down what I was doing to group up with another guildie and show them that it was a better game to play when you’re in a party. I got lucky in the early days of my guild and recruited some dedicated and loyal people I guess.

Either way I live on the East Coast and generally pl[ay from 10pm EST until 1am EST. I’ll be on tonight and tomorrow night (Guild Bounty and Trek night). Toss me a pm here, in-game, or where ever if you want to discuss this a little further.
