I know im Not the first on to say this but ill say it anyways the thief class is on its way to be broken . Since release theif has been getting nerf after nerf after nerf . im Not saying they suck , but unless you are a pro thief its Not that Good . In the wiki it says thief is supposed to excel on 1on1 combat well they used to but now Not really because people keep complaining thief is to op , stealth is op thief does to much dmg and it keeps on . Anyways i think thief should get a little buff im Not saying to make op and kill anything easy mode im just saying that they should be better in 1on1 (roaming/spvp/duels.).I did Not post this only to ask for a buff id like to have somme suggestions for a buff to the class and hopefully Anet will see this and actually do something about it

Alright thanks for replying , my favorite set is s/d but i like p/d to except that i really dont know how to use it , but ill give it a try but if you guys have any tips for p/d build it would be nice if you post thanks all

Hey all !! i would need some suggestions for a dueling(wvw,pvp)/roaming build and if you could explain a bit how the build works and if there are any good thief that can tell me how to play thief cuz right now im not really sure what im doing lol anyways thanks

Why: It’s unfair that they’re experts and other classes are not.

What: Utilize stealth/shadowsteps to surprise and to get close to their target.
Why: It’s unfair that they can use stealth and shadowsteps while other classes can’t.

What: Agility, acrobatic fighting style, and the ability to steal to overcome their enemies.
Why: Other classes aren’t as nimble as thieves.

What: traps and venom.
Why: Why do they get to use traps and venoms and we don’t?

the other classes have their advantages to and disadvantage to just like thieves it would be boring if everyone could do the same thing . look im thief and i know lots of thieves and yes we are good but there are other people who are just better than us and they are not all thieves , truth is it all depends on the person playing not the classes , saying thief is to op is just an excuse because you dont want to admit that some people are better than you are , im not saying your bad , but stop trying to destroy thieves , thieves/assassin/rogue not matter what game you play these classes were meant to excel in pvp even in real life they are meant to be good fighters

lool worst reply ever , crit is part of all games and all classes in any games its like saying warrior should not have high hp bcuz they have alot of armor that should be for thieves bcuz they have a low hp and armor rate ..
