people will be quick to cry nerf against classes like Ele for some reason but I honestly believe it’s one of the few classes that is in balance, viable if not optimal in all game modes and one of the most engaging and fun to play. People will complain about this or that(rightfully so at times. Cheers to the community getting through to the devs about the arcane attunement changes ) but compared to the other classes I’m very happy with where we are right now. I just hope we get sword over horn!

Why is everyone always so quick to demand nerfs for elementalists?

make unyielding blast baseline and put spectral mastery in it’s place

Are we able to move while casting this? I didn’t catch anything about it in the stream or hear anything about this afterward.

I love the new soothing ice a LOT as I imagine it will sync with elemental shielding I really hate the idea of HAVING to take aquatic benevolence over the old bountiful power I mean if you’re going to make us choose between cleansing water and bountiful power at least give us something as good as the old bountiful power in it’s place. I wouldn’t mind it as much if the 25% healing benefitted you as well as your team mates.

is anyone else bothered by aquatic benevolence replacing bountiful power as a grandmaster minor? as a d/d ele 25% outgoing power doesn’t do much of anything for me

So ready to purchase this for my Elementalist! First item in a long time I’ve actually wanted from the gem store aside from that beautiful chickenado finisher.

I was just thinking about ways to improve an elementalist and a few came to mind for water attunement.

1. have water staff 2 be a blast finisher to enhance a staff ele’s might and area healing capabilities

2. adding a knock back to water dagger 5

they seem to be open to adding things like blast finishers to our skills through patching (water dagger 3) so I don’t see why these wouldn’t be feasible. what do you guys think?

How do I fix this if I’m on a mac?

The same thing has been happening to me and I’m also on TC. Ever since I downloaded the patch this afternoon I’ve experienced several crashes.
