Hey all,i did a fotm lv 8 run earlier today
From 4 fractals i found 2 bugs
Underwater Fractal-dolphin path :
At the first gate where I got tranformed,i became a dolphin,but i could still see my char swimming through the portal (no picture sorry)
Giant fractal : At one point,where I got the hammer,the stacks ticking was stuck between 22 and 23.It was moving to 23 and back to 22 and so on.It went back to normal when i hit the seal. (EXPLOITABLE!!!)
The next time it will happen,i will update this post with pictures
Thanks for the tips Osicat,I will try to mess with this kind of thieves a bit and see how it will go.This thief wa sa random Ring of Fire General,but he chased be from briar to lake,he almost had me,but i used Mass Invisibility and got away.When I stopped tofight with him,I felt like i just loaded thew build and didn’t know what button to press to find him and damage him.Anyway,I will try to film me in action (I doubt you want to see your build getting shamed but…you said so!) and post it here so you can see it
Hi harris – What kind of troubleshooting have you tried already? Usually this error code is the result of packet loss or an issue with the route your connection is taking to reach the game servers. Sometimes this could also be conflicting applications or potentially even an issue with your modem or router. Not passing the buck here, just giving you a few ideas of what the issue could be. For a more solid investigation and explanation I’d recommend submitting a technical support ticket. You should receive a response from our guys fairly quickly

I ‘ve restarted my router more than 3 times,so,i dont think it IS the router (even though i have some internet issues lately).Anyway,the prime time of the dc’s started like 2-3 hours before the patch,so,it may has something to do with it.After the patch,i played for around 3 hours,and it didnt kick me even once
If I will note anything suspicious,i ll send a ticket and updating this thread
FPS=Frames Per Second.That means that you see “photos” of the game,and not really seeing it rolling normally
Lag= chat,skill or anything else delaying to get your command
If it’s FPS,it’s probably your problem,since i hv e everything on medium and running with 50fps stably (playing with options may fix this problem)
If it’s lag,it’s a known problem that Arenanet tries to fix for about a year now

I use your heavy 3.0 build,which is perfect (kills a bit slowly,but it’s fine)
But,do you have any tips on how to counter d/d – shortbow thiefs? (not backstab ones).
I try to kite/keep the distance but it’s almost impossible and they deal big and fast dmg.Any tips?:)
