I had lvl 80 ranger that is now a lvl 1 anybody ever have this problem?

This happen to my lvl 80 ranger and i got a response saying they are investigating the problem and its been 2 days with no response, i do have a lvl 80 warrior but prefer rangers

One can not simply pay for a profession switch?

Without going to the lvling process

I just wanna know if u can change professions because it would make the game play more fun.

Is there any change i could change my lvl 80 warrior to a lvl 80 of a different profession?

The support is not helping at all i got hacked lost my lvl 80 ranger all the hard work for this to happen the support is just telling me to reset my password and i did i want to know if i would get my lvl 80 ranger back, can someone please help me !?
