So basically I have been playing some ranked games and I see this map Skyhammer it is like so confusing so would it be possible to I don’t know maybe let me access this map when I’m level 120? It’s like far too confusing for me right now I start feeling dizzy and kitten and my life is a suffering and I want to die.

Just had 10 second freezes and 4 out of 5 teammembers disconnect. Didn’t even get to /ip cuz the game was throwing us all out. And no I did not get any rewards. When can we expect a fix?

Why is Skyhammer still in SoloQ?

This is great. Engineer is a unique class amongst all MMOs and more people should know this. We need more teams running all engineers to show the world the true diversity of Guild Wars 2. The AI of Guild Wars 2 should also be known to all, how many other MMOs allow you to let AI play PvP for you? None!

All AI Tournament at some major gaming event would give GW2 eSports the boost they need.

I just had a 9 minute queue to get in a game with a mesmer who has NEVER been on leaderboards who QUIT after first two deaths.

4v5 is the standard in ranked games as well.

There have been plenty of threads considering this since launch but Anet havedone absolutely nothing to counter the problem. Most likely they never will.

Okay I just had a ranger with dishonored buff in my team in SoloQ. He got kicked for afking and came back to afk. Isn’t dishonored buff supposed to stop you from entering ranked games? Or is it there just for show? I know Anet doesn’t care about the 5v4 problem but this is just sad.

I assumed the OP was talking about intentional in-game AFK, which is much harder to detect.

Yeah, well, sir, how about you create some sort of a way for us to detect these AFKers for you and maybe I don’t know, use the report function? I’ve been reporting AFKers for botting since early last year and I still see the same guys going afk at 150-100. The majority of hardcore PvPers have already quit the game but these guys are here to ruin games day after day after day because they are sooooo hard to detect.

there’s no telegraph for magnet if you’re stealthed. it’s 100% guaranteed pull. the only way to know is the sound of glkittentering. by then it’s too late. BS.

They would just afk through the game to get rid of dishonored.

I agree completely. You get kicked for inactivity in other parts of the game, why not have that system in place for PvP matches?

It is in place in PvP matches but the afkers bypass this by pressing any button once a minute.

I’ve been playing a lot of EU SoloQ over the past few months and obviously there are a lot of people who go afk in the middle of the game, stay inside their base and whine about their teammates until the game is over.

However, there are some people who I encounter on a daily basis and they do this on a daily basis as well. I have been reporting them for botting, as instructed by ArenaNet, but day after day after day I’m losing more games because of their actions.

I can give you a list of names who I’ve reported atleast over 10 times, with no consequences.

So basically, is ArenaNet doing ANYTHING to encounter this problem or can I just go afk as well if I cannot be annoyed to play the rest of the match? Are we going to see something happen “soon”?

The feature patch introduced multiple features which I am grateful for.

However, the patch did not get rid of those non-English speakers who join your party using the LFG tool.

When advertising your party you can select from four different languages. When selecting a language, a small flag is displayed next to your party icon showing which language is spoken in the party.

Currently, you can choose between French, German, Spanish and American. However, there is no option to choose English as your language. English has been the lingua franca of technology and gaming since day one. It is pretty ridiculous that English has not been included.

Will English be added in the future?

dishonored doesn’t work.

I’ve tried to complete the EOTM matches last week but I’ve never ever seen an overflow where the red team did not have outmanned buff. Or had their own keep or atleast two of their own objectives. It’s always green.

EOTM was fun for a week, now it’s a graveyard of failboats.

Am I still a r49 with 6/10 ransacker with 2k matches played when r40 skyhammer farmers have marauder.

Bonus chest rank rewards have been bugged since day 1.

Will they finally fix it?

Will they start counting or are the titles matched with the real amount of rank points gained?

We’re red this week and I’ve yet to find an overflow where we’re not outmanned and 85% of the map is not green.

I like the idea of EOTM but this is just awful. Absolute waste of time. Is it like this in NA as well?

Red vs. Green is always like 10 guys against 60. Why do we have 10 overflows with 10 people in them instead of having overflows that have sufficient amount of people?

I reached top 30 EU leaderboards SoloQ and finally thought it was time to play with the big boys. I got a r20 elementalist in my team with 12 tournament games played. And he only pushed far and responded to me in French. Playing during primetime EU. How is this acceptable in any way?

I got 6 greens and 3 mithril ore for r47. Also an unidentifiable object worth 20 copper.

Yeah they stop following you if you ascend into higher ground.

etc, etc, you just have to learn how to pull them back to you. Too bad if you’re trying to contest a point.

There’s no point really since in BOTH solo and team queue you’re going to end up losing 4v5.

Cuz water combat is unbalanced and sucks in general.

I see the same afkers and whiners nearly every day.

Some players I’ve reported multiple times on different occansions, only to find them again ruining my game the very next day.

Anet can you tell us if you’re actually banning some afkers or at least tell us that some action will be taken “soon” considering this problem?
