I think JQ and SBI expected to roll over BG like they did with IoJ.
BG turned out to be a bigger force than they expected so something/someone has to be blamed for the loss.
Oh guess what, BG hacked 5 orbs! And they are so bad they can use a highly coordinated group tactic. And they do not admit that they hacked the orbs and are all hackers.

this was a screenie took last friday us being all excited and looking forward to our upcoming match with you guys while the rest are @ the Heart of the Mists waiting for the reset, since it’s past 5 pm that time and it still hasnt ended… we never expected to steamroll BG or any other server EVER. As it is seen, im supposed to be on SI bl then ANET kicked everyone because of patch… I ended up being on BG bl and had to witness the orb flying over our keep going outside when it go out not even 3 secs it appeared on BG Garisson after we worked our a**es off getting it… the atmosphere after the shenanigan happened on our side was in sort of major shock… 3/4 of our population left right away… if that wasnt bad enough it happened again after logging back on when i woke up… i mean really not even 24 hrs yet and happened twice alrdy ):

well it’ll be bad if you guys cant handle it… since both servers are not fighting with half the force they have

WM has a very good reputable name and respected by everyone, why would one member soil it? They wont because they’re not WM, only non-WM will do something like that to taint this guild. So nice try, to that person who started it bu err try again didnt work… even ppl from your own server laughs at you coming up with this idea

just be thankful, that at least it’s not 24 hours no more and they’re showing that they are doing something about it… ill take the weekly transfer any day versus every 24 hrs

I would love to see the showdown myself… i bet all the money i have and will have to these guys any given day… They just gave a FLAT out challenge to any of the BG disclaiming any sort of hack on your side… let me repeat, doing 5+ FLY hack orbs in less than 72 hours is one thing, YOUR Server denying it ever happened is another… im just glad that there are other people in BG owning up to this issue, to you guys i give mad props and to those who are in denial, cant really figure out how you guys do it

ye last week, it didnt matter who won whether JQ/IoJ or SbI because everyone knows it was fun, legit, honorable and acceptable… can’t say the same for this week :/

thanks dovgan… on another note these npc’s though respawn like around 5 mins or so and attacking the altar this happened in garrison, this is the first time ive seen it happening though so im wondering if other servers are having this experience also

hmmmm, im not sure if the enemy orb protector gets orb boost too from somewhere or just me not paying attention since i started playing wvw lol… anyone else have this happening inside their keeps?

this happened inside Stormbluff borderland at SI Garrison, they always spawn within every 5 mins… im not sure if this is a new game mechanic or not but these npc’s destroyed our altar when they’re not suppose to be there in the first place

LOL now this guy is saying there’re NO HACKs that will be found… it’s like saying SI and JQ ppl are liars… i was there when the first Fly Hack happened, left right away and posted it here but the very first thread got done. After that i slept then woke up, log on gw2 and guess what another fly hack orb happened… not even 24 hours in for this week and 2 hacks did happen already. Now, even JQ said their orb get hacked… do i believe them? YES ofc i do… i saw it first hand on ours. Now you’re saying we are making an excuse? LOL really? NOTHING so ridiculous like this ever happened since you guys came in all honesty. What makes you believe that everyone in our server are actually playing and trying compared to last week’s? After pulling cheap tricks and what not, most of us can not be bothered. So yes go pull away as much as you can, and we do not give a care no more. I know it’s not the whole server, but people like you in your server making excuses of it and DENYING it is a different thing. Here’s what i think imo:

JQ won because they have such great 24/7 coverage…
SbI won because they’re long overdue…
BG will win because…

maybe idk ask around apart from your own server and the other 2 involved servers in this week’s match right now to what they think… idk, answers may surprise us or most likely not… we’ll have to wait and see what they think dont we

ty moderators… and dirtyklingon, cant really explain it to you of what we experience on higher tier matches obviously it’s not as bad as it seems to where you guys are right now… this would not been brought up in the first place if it was not an issue. ‘+150 pts’ on all stats is a big difference and that’s just a start… try transferring to other servers that affects this then justify for yourself… but right now ppl here know for sure you do not understand what is being brought up

so dirtyklingon… what will happen if both parties have same grp skills/tactics IF NOT superior to your socia/casual pvx guild… ofc only thing is that 1 will have 3 orbs and the rest outmanned buff, then what? … ;-)

idk if you guys noticed but i heard we have outmanned buff on our prime time so that’s really saying a lot… after the 2nd fly hack on our orb ppl just stop caring to play wvw this week… so yes we’d rather farmville and follow your suggestion than waste time. Congratulations FTW

ANET please… idk your reasons for still having orb active with all these exploits around and the fact that 3 orbs + full coverage is just so much to deal with from the beginning if you’re on the receiving side with an OUTMANNED buff that even enemies can see… it’s like saying “oh they have outmanned buff, and we got 3 orbs… what are we waiting for, FEEDING time!!!”

well forgive me, if i was wrong about the orb @ SI bl since im just reading posts from teammates on their side but definitely the one on BG bl is a VERIFIED hack… please do NOT make excuses for it. We saw it fly through our keep while going out and once it;s out by the time i press M (check map) it appeared in garrison… that was a 3-5 seconds interval from flying out our gate keep to BL keep now we all know it takes more than 5 seconds to get from ours to yours…. some of you saying luckily it appeared on garrison, well ill be dam*** how can u explain it didnt appear at bay instead? oh u got lucky, pls srsly? Right after that ppl on our side left since there’s no point playing past our curfew and pulled a cheap trick like that when ANET is tied up for some reason and not doing supposed actions about it…

i honestly agree with this… if you guys cant figure or straighten out the orb hacking/exploits, what not just TAKE it AWAY already!!! No point if there are ppl able to bypass everything while others just try to abide by the rules, it’s ridiculous…

it was all fun then a player from Blackgate in BG/Red BL just 3 minutes ago stole our orb by fly hacking… yes there’s no screenie not that i need to since it’s true; but really?!? y spoil a good match just doing that

i think right now it’s still anybody’s game… still to early to say what’s what, all i can say is TONIGHT is the night!! or for others TODAY is the day!!! lmfao; Let’s all play our hearts out… and to all this weekend’s match has been a blast

i have to agree there are, well in my case “is” 1 commander i just met recently… just terribad… not all are good and not all are bad; so which commander to follow is up to the rest of us… or at least him/her have the courtesy to turn it off (cmndr icon) when appropriate and necessary

i wouldnt go by names but guild names instead from St Isle server… i’ll have to mention No Peace in the World [NopE] (i know i didnt type that guild tag right sorry, lol) they always are stationed in EB and are really doing awesome everytime. Compared to other BLs i think EB is just constant ( i meant no rest/breather AT ALL!!!) 3-way war. And to keep everyone in line, they ’re really doing great. Also, of course worthy of shout outs to Decisive Action[DA] and War Machine [WM]… there are for sure other commanders/guilds that i havent met/ played with that might be doing better or the same but for now these 3 are dominating. TY so much

well… what can we say, we asked for oceanic presence and we got major help from oceanic guilds that transferred over to us TYVM. Although in the process, we lost some of our awesome NA guilds namely XoO, CDS, MF and others… really loving this week’s match either ways. The 2v1 thing, i mean c’mon this game is pretty much asking for it. It’s a matter of which server is getting focus fire from both enemy teams at one time or another. IMO, every server has their strongest and weakest hours but hands down JQ has the best coverage of all. I hope some of you realize that maybe just maybe… they just left WvW and went trick or treating instead. Since honestly for me i think, everytime WM and Oceanic friends log on they just steamroll everything. No offense intended to anyone but i play half swing/grave and can tell the major difference of gameplay.

I’m not saying this is a good thing but at least now you guys get to experience what it’s like to be outmanned since this is most likely the first time for all WvW players on your server; and understand what other servers meant when they said so… you guys are still on top and will definitely stay there

WvW works just fine as is. Trust me, I’ve been on an undefeated server since day one, and it’s not bad. Night capping is supposed to happen, it’s not supposed to be balanced, some people are supposed to win over other people all the time.

Think of WvW a lot like AB was in Guild Wars. Where we once had a faction line, now we have world bonuses. For a very, very long time now, the GW1 faction line has been locked at most of Cantha being under luxon control, and this doesn’t change often. A-net won’t do anything about it, because nobody really cares and it doesn’t have a big enough effect on anything to matter.

To think people like you actually take pride of BEING undefeated on a VERY unbalanced game play… clap clap clap. Guys like you are in DENIAL that WvW is fine just because it works for your server. Yes, you guys deserve it. PvDooring must be really fun. (’’,)

And please, do mention the name of the servers that dont care as much about it like you said… you are very much welcome to reply again.

To cap towers/keeps with less resistance is NOT AN ABILITY. It is common sense, you would be stupid not to do so. The problem here is having a 24/7 game and separating EU and NA servers. WvW would have worked so much better if there wasn’t any separation between this two since most servers will have appropriate 24/7 coverage and fairly test their mettles, skills and strategies.

Let me get this straight, when NA players from a primarily NA populated server get all thier points from an outnumbered NA force playing on a primarily oceanic populated server during the ‘day time’, it’s fair game.

But when the oceanic population get home from work (night time) and the roles are reversed, it becomes an issue?

But when the NA servers by and large go to sleep and the one server with the most Australians sweeps over the entire map and takes keeps and towers without facing any resistance, it becomes an issue.

Oh sure there is… obviously, you are in a borderland where there is people. Can you say the same for the other borderlands that you are not on? Doubt it because in our server we are too busy filling up one border of all the players we have all across the WvW map. Please refer to “Jon Peters” post (ANET game designer) on this thread, he said it himself they were outmanned on the map he was playing on, yes he was on SI server. Are you saying that he’s lying? Try to transfer to other server like ours, that way you experience it first hand. You are just ignoring people that are not from your server telling you that we dont have enough Oceanic WvW players on our server. You wont hear any of this, if what you are saying is entirely correct.

why not bring some henchies over to GW2 for WvW, i miss divinus and blahks the most… lolol. No, but really some sort of henchmen maybe to help fill up number of players to match the zerg/opponents for the meantime. It will not be the same as having real players but it does beat not having any at all.

i mean for example, in counter strike before or idk if they still do… they have bots playing just to fill up a server but as soon as a real player joins they get replaced right away… something similar to that maybe

OKAY, i hope everyone realizes that we have 2 ANET game designers posting on this thread. It fully shows they are fully aware of the problem. The game is new and it needs time to tweak here and there, is what they are stating. IMHO, the rankings we have at the moment doesn’t really say much of which server has better strategey/players and what-nots. It’s more of which server has better 24/7 coverage because seriously that is all there is to it. On that note, just play PvE, sPvP or anything other than WvW unless you are doing your daily quest, fast-leveling, farming mats, etc and not giving crap about the tally scores.

Honestly, i didn’t get the part of EU and NA servers being separated when the game is nonstop and requires 24/7 player coverage. I mean seriously, how do you try to win against a server with 24/7 coverage + superior orb bonus + 500 full player capacity on each borderland on a 7-day Match Up? When your server has less than 100 per borderland or just a total of 100 players across all WvW maps with an 8+ hour deficit everyday? Obviously, you dont so why even bother. Might as well go play PvE or buy another game until ANET makes an announcement that says they figured a way to balance WvW game play for everybody. Because in all honesty, all the in-game monetary instruments, time, effort and not to mention the stress that comes with it will surely be a waste… so not worth it.

lol i would have done same thing GO again, if i was in your server too… you guys are so overpopulated with WvW focused players with 24/7 coverage… why wouldnt they? see, us here in SBI it’s weekdays we got school and work to attend to that varies from 8-12 hrs range not including social life outside internet. Would we rather waste our time and efforts again playing WvW, when a server can get it back when most of us are offline within 8 hours or so? since we really dont have enough oceanic coverage?

what 2v1 are these HoD talking about? what makes you think ET talking to one of our guilds in our server would make the entire WvW players at that time know what is going on? Our TS3 is hard to fill up with a total of 100 players across all WvW maps. No one really listens when you type on team/map chat. So, how do you expect the message was relayed… when in fact we really dont have faster means of communication and organization like you guys do. We rickrolled you on weekends because that was our prime time, we have longer queues and people came to play. Now, you guys are bragging because you took over the 30k difference overnight rummaging everything with less resistance or more like ZERO resistance. I dont know what’s funnier? You guys having pride of winning and bragging because you guys took everything with less resistance more like ZERO resistance since we really dont have oceanic WvW focused guild/players. Or HoD guilds that played prime time with us the first two days, taking credit for their oceanic overnight capping a day ago. And all of you will say, we are QQing. When most of us saw, the score when HoD caught up most of us didnt play anymore. Why would we? We played hard for 2.5 days and all it took was 1 night with a ratio of 100 SBI to 500 HoD… oh and hey, this makes them stronger/better players. LoL? Man, anyone can come up with 5 man-team and take towers since all they have to do is tear down the gate. You guys say what you say… but we know what we know.

… point is we really dont have a big Organized alliance for people to be pointing out, that our server actually teamed up with them. You guys came out ready to play with your alliances even before GW2 head start/launch. SBI didnt, most guilds here just happen to pick this server and somehow is at top rank. For us to be even at that spot, with no organization whatsoever really says something about HoD talking lolz. One guild here doesnt represent the whole server when we dont have a representing alliance at all to be telling/relaying messages and stuffs of other server concerns.

i have played guildwars since trilogy… love the game and storyline and reading the QQs on WvW forums is really making me sad. Anyways, i am suggesting to have a party search box like how there was back in GW1 for HA (Heroes Ascent). I think that this might help a little with the co-ordinations and stuff and pugs feeling they do belong type of thing. Lots of players queued and gets in by themselves or not with their pre-made guild/team so now they are forced to follow a zerg (that sometimes dont know what to do or where to go next). Also if possible just for WvW mode, make the party group up to 10 players. because having 5 against 15+ team isn’t even a contest. With party search, people can post something like " LFG raid camp" , “GLF more yak assault” or “Starting a Quaggan group LFP”. This might help other servers that does not have big organized WvW alliances to be able to have a little fighting chance of going against them and actually have roles to play since their group was formed with the same goals. Because seeing them run in to their deaths then teleport back to waypoint again and not listen to right tactics/strategies is just really painful to watch.

idk which server you’re on, but the one i’m in… you’d be surprise on how much upgrades they do but i do agree that it doesnt guarantee a hold

is it possible to just make it a 1-week match instead of 2…. hahha just suggesting, 2 wks seems kind of long and everything for sure will be covered with trebuchets or mortars alrdy by the 3rd day it seems hehehe
