Maybe you should instead of trying to recruit american guilds, consider recruiting portuguese, spanish and italians they tend to stay up later (because of different cultural reasons that make us french too stay up later that anglo-germanic people) that kind of recruitment would be way more clever and better for your server health and stability.

Five months of disastrous free migration and all problems that this implies for EU ladder and national servers. (massive migration of NA players to make "WvW international easy zerg made servers", server jumping abuses, spy abuses, etc...).

And having to make event in the mornings and late night, be a national server and what so ever is a proof of sportsmanship to you?
English servers get unfair advantage from NA nightshifts. Germans and French have to fight for themselves while the EU (read english) servers can easily cover all time-zones :/
NA should be banned from EU Servers!

But you guys should take it as a way to improve your coverage and recruit some more players from Asia or America, and then and only then you and Bt will be able to compete.
The simple solution here is to create 3 region NA EU and OC, I don’t deny the skill of Desolation US/BRA players but this is not going anywhere, Anet must take a solid decision and fast enough.
A 2 weeks limit for server transfer should be the minimum to me.
Vizunah was the server who first introduced pro-nightcapping into the EU bracket and used it to cruise to auto-victory for week after week. Props to you for being smart about the implications of the scoring system and setting yourself up to exploit it in the best way, but are you now really complaining that someone else took notice and reacted accordingly?
The difference here is that the only people that were doing it on our server were us, but we maybe like German are too fairplay.
