i set it to best performance… everything is at its lowest setting….. And i found that best performance and auto detect generate the same FPS

MK FPS always below 20
I have tried updating my driver…. Reformatted my pc a couple of times and updated all my windows…. and nothing seems help…. anyone got any idea what’s wrong with my computer….. any help will be appreciated

This is my computer spec:
Processor: i5 cpu @3.20 GHZ
memory: 4GB
graphic card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660
