No response yet. I have created a new email for GW2, still want to link with original GW on original email.

Hi all,

So, I used to play GW back in the day, but my password does not seem to work any more. I am guessing it’s because of the recent GW & GW2 account merge.

I bought GW2, but I could not link it to the original GW. I opened a ticket, which is now sitting at 16 days and no human interaction. I got bored, since I wanted to actually play this game that I bought, so I linked it to another email of mine. I still want to use the previous email, where GW resides, and link the two.

Since GW support has no phone number, here is the ticket #: “1143447:Account info & recent GW2 purchase”. Can someone please help, from the GM team? I really hope you don’t just close the ticket because I used the serial key…
