Me and my girlfriend stopped playing Guild Wars 2 around the start of January, maybe mid. We tried to get back into the game but every password we used for her hasn’t worked. We tried to ‘reset’ the password but no emails go through or I get the common “Error Contact Support” when trying to reset. Please can you manually reset her password or something? Been waiting 3+ Days. :< Thank you.

When playing Guild Wars 2 with my girlfriend she has come across a few issues on her computer. When putting Shadow Effects on High or Ultra they seem to render a shadow for a circle object attached above her character, and when she approaches the shadows it seems to fade them out, as though a radius of about 4m of her begins to wipe the shadows off.
