when exploring the cathedral of hidden depths, you open doors using crystals blah blah blah. well when i activate the last one, the circular stone door does not open. the quest marker is right on the other side of the door but it just does not open. ive done the quest a couple times now with the same result. no where else to go and nothing else to do. why wont it opennn

i spent a lot of time completing firefly fen and you can imagine the disappointment and lack of satisfaction i felt after finding out that the last skill point is bugged( floating ancient sharks… i just want dat chestttt. so please get back to me. love the game so much!
