Hello,
I’m pretty sure that this has been pointed out in some other forum post, but I never would’ve thought the issue can be that much annoying.
So after a year of absence from the game, I got back and was surprisingly enjoying playing PvE events (used to hate them) especially those in Silverwastes, they are very well done. But, in that zone, preparations for the big boss fight takes a long time (it is still fun though) and Disconnections can happen during this phase. It even happened to me when the bosses events in each bases began. So not only that disconnections are already annoying, but then it kittening puts you in another instance of the same map when you log back, unless you’ve thought to group a random guy just in case.
It’s really ANNOYING !! :’(
Please, for the love of the six gods, Balthazar especially, please … fix it.
Best regards.
Hello,
When I enter in the game, a message window pops up with an error 42 saying that it couldn’t reach the login server due to a over zealous firewall or a campus connection. The weird part here is that nothing happens. Everything is fine. the game keeps running with no lags. I can ignore that windows, but it began to be so annoying to have always to close that each time I enter a new zone !
I use Bitdefender Total Security 2013.
Best regards.
Yeah, you should have a look to the Diablo III forums lol
Anyway, you know, kids …
bump until someone from ANet sees this, it’s really something important for since it’s one of the things that keep me log in the game. It’s like that Naaru in Shattrath in World of Warcraft : Burning Crusade
At least, we can’t say that Arenanet isn’t creating some new concepts. Now we have “When it’s doneĀ®”, a registered trademark.
“When it’s done.”
:D
Let’s all report this user for trolling
The thing is that choosing our NPC mentor when forming The Pact would make it way better. As Forgal was my choice to go with because of his brutal character (in appearance), I nearly cried when he sacrificed himself to save us. I even started spamming “FORGAAAAAAAL NOOOO !!” in the guild chat because I really loved that NPC.
Anyway, Trahearne on the other hand isn’t a choice, his introduction was like : “hey ! there’s only him to be the leader in the story cause if it was you, it wouldn’t make sense”. And … Well I still can’t accept him as the one that gives me orders like Forgal did. During the Vigil storyline, I was really proud of each task they tell me to do. But with Trahearne, I just can’t count the number of times I cursed him on each story quest. Having Rytlock in his place would have made more sense to me, god I really like this one he’s so funny and can make a solid leader in the story.
domxnik, I already know that, but I was talking about an animated emot with some funny sound and all
Ok, now that might sound creepy, but showing some love ingame is so much fun. You should really add a /kiss, /love, /hug emots, come on it’s not that hard :’(
Make it happen in the next patch please !
Suggestion : a unique temporary party ID number for the fractals that resets when the whole level is completed or when the party is disbanded.
I may be wrong, but I think it shouldn’t take that much time to implement.
WvW could be interesting IF we could make a big group with guild mates. The commander manual is too expensive and useless because it doesn’t even show players’ position on the map. That without putting in consideration the endless queues and the fact that we are rarely able to join in the same map with the full group.
Well, don’t tell me go play another game, seriously. I want to see that in Guild Wars 2. I want to do some BIG EPIC battles with many friends ! BIIIIIIIIIIIG battles for **** sake !
Boss fights in dungeons are great in GW2, if not the best, but that is just a biased opinion. Many times I tried to imagine those fights with a large group and everytime I ended up sleeping, dreaming about that and how awesome it would be.
And please, don’t try to sell me crappy arguments like : “yeah but there is big challenging events in Cursed Shore and other zones” bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla
Playing a big dungeon with 10 or 20 friends will never be the same as playing a big event with some random guys, never !
So please Arenanet, consider this for the futur improvements.
looks like i’m not the only one with that problem.
I have a way better solution : if more than 10 players reports a bot, an event is created to kill them all, people will be encouraged to kill them because they’ll get karma points and experience for it
Really think of this ArenaNet, I think it’s the best way to exterminate bots from the game without annoying players with captchas.
