For the last 5 days I have not been able to access the BLT at all, nothing comes up on any tabs. I have deleted the cache many times, restarted my computer afterwards. It is set up as ‘run as administrator’. I have uninstalled and re-installed the game. I have done scans on my computer for viruses and then disabled firewalls. Nothing I do seems to make it work. I have already submitted an in-game ticket, but was wondering if there is anything else I could try. Everything else on the game works just fine, it’s just the BLT that will not work on any character. Also it had been working fine before hand also.
