Guild Wars 2

After being away for about 2 months. What changes should I expect to my mesmer. I was playing a s/s s/f ( i think lol ) mantraish build.

So I started the flame and frost quest line the other day, and completed the hatchery fight succesfully, recieved rewards and everything. I have not however recieved the next part of the quest chain or anything, ive been doing the random events around towns involving the living story but still nothing… does anyone know what to door what I missed?

Soooo, what exactly do I do if I am stuck? I see all of these posts of where they are stuck, but what is the solution to getting out?
