update: it also disappears if i enter a loading screen/die/change chat settings.
so i know a lot of people have been having guild chat issues. my guild chat issue is when i change the tab anything in guild chat disappears when i switch back to it. it’s just gone.
an example:
i type ‘’hello!’’ and someone replies ‘’hi, how are you?’’ in guild chat tab (premade).
I change the tab to ’’general’’ and when i switch back to guild chat tab all the text is gone, like no one ever typed in anything lol. it happens every time, i tried restarting the client, i tried deleting the tab and creating a new one. i tried enabling ‘guild’ chat in the ’’general’’ tab – it’s all the same.

Ppl use emotes that much that they need to add even more? Sry no i personally prefer gameplay and content over a simley face.
I don’t see what’s wrong with adding new emotes? How does it keep you from playing the game? And no one is saying ‘’emotes instead of […]’‘, OP is simply suggesting they add a few more emotes and I see absolutely nothing wrong with that and how it impacts you in any way? I generally don’t understand people who are so strongly against adding new social stuff, like it doesn’t stop you from playing the game whatsoever so i dont see what the problem is lol
I personally fully support more emotes! Also the ‘’emotes when talking’’ is great, I love that feature, Aion has it if i’m not mistaken? It’s really immersive to see your character react to your words.
