hey ive had the exact same thing, it really, sucks, ive even tried to create a new character and it still happend

okay update, i just created a new character, and i have the same problem with any cinematic trying to load, even the very first cinematic when you start a new characer

hey guys, have a problem with the game, during the story mode, i run into a (bug) in the game where it freezes/trying to load, a cinematic (i think) it effects me when i am in haelbrak in the great lodge, when i enter the instance for the story dredge technology, after they say, " here comes the slayer now" i am supposed to talk to “skarti” when i click talk, all of the toolbars and, map and other things on the screen, disappears apart from the main screen it’self, and then it just sits there doing nothing, there is sound. so when i try to exit the game, my computer starts to mess up, and automatically restarts itself because it ran into a problem, ( i’m running win 8 ) then when i get to my desktop, i have to reset my network connections, has anyone ad any problems like this before? or can anyone help me?
